Never realized this was a timeshare property after the fourth phone call from the sales guy I had to be firm and let him know I was only there for two nights and had no intention of wasting a couple of hours at a sales pitch.

Property is clean, spacious and quiet. Property management were helpful and the facility had wonderful amenities. Had a wonderful stay with my family and our granddaughter loved the pool!

Beautiful brand-new condo, spacious, spotless, perfect location!

My parents and I absolutely loved this new condo. The location was perfect walking distance to Gruene. It was very spacious could easily sleep six people comfortably. Beautifully decorated as well, thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub at night.

Condo was perfect It gave us separate full baths for 2 families. We had a half bath too. One family was upstairs and had their own area to watch tv if someone couldn’t sleep. We had a pool and a hot tub on site. It was close to Gruene and New Braunfels.

Easy and convenient check in. Comfortable and well kept place. There is a train track that is fairly close to the resort so I heard multiple trains a night (I am a very light sleeper though). Would recommend bringing white noise machine. Also, the wifi is not included and you have to pay extra so that was a little disappointing. Other than the trains and the wifi, I would highly recommend!

Do not let them put you in the rooms right on the main road

Rooms on the main road leave you sleeping 10 feet from the street. Morning weekday traffic starts roaring at 4 am. Manager was kind and understanding and moved us to the backside for our second night.

Nice place for the weekend

I wish I had known this was a time share property. I LOATHE being pitched these and might have avoided booking. BUT after a quick explanation that we had zero interest in the sales pitch we had a fantastic stay. The place is fairly convenient and even walkable to downtown Gruene but you do have to hike up a steep hill past the river. The condo itself was awesome. Lots of room, comfortable beds, full kitchen, washer and dryer (perfect post tubing clean up). If we can avoid the sales pitch I will definitely stay here again.

Two things: (1) a kitchen cabinet door kept falling off — nearly hitting my friend on the head. Reported it to the office 2X. They took 2 wrong doors to repair. Never did repair the correct one. (2). It was not clear during the reservation process that it was a time share property. We were given a hard sell for the 90 minute presentation 3 different times. The last time, the rep literally came out to the parking lot when we were trying to leave, trying again to get us to bite. Would not have stayed here had we known we would experience this.

More than expected

The property was easy to find and the check in process was so easy and informative. There are lots of activities for kids and families. When we opened the door and stepped into the unit I was surprised at how open and inviting it was. It was like a second home and we just fit right in. It's so clean and well laid out. This will be our go to from now on.

Great Gruene Stay!

This property is really perfect... very clean, vary spacious (2 bdrm, 2 story, 1400 sq.ft!). Just across the street from the tube rental company we used - Rock'n River - with shuttle service. Just a couple minutes from Gruene - great eats and shops. Highly recommend!

Boz Scaggs getaway

The facilities and the people were very nice. When we checked in we were offered their sales pitch but we politely declined and they was nothing more said about it. It’s a beautiful resort that is conveniently located to the town of Gruen. Highly recommended.
