Ideally located mere steps from the Cape Cod Rail Trail, this house places you a short walk from Herring Pond (one mile), an easy bike ride from First Encounter Beach on Cape Cod Bay (two miles), and a few minutes' drive from Coast Guard Beach (four miles) and other beautiful parts of Cape Cod National Seashore.

This single-story home is scenically situated on the Outer Cape, where it sits between the heart of Eastham (one mile north) and Orleans (three miles south). Close by, find bike rentals, the Eastham Public Library (one mile), and a wide assortment of beaches for every preference.

The house offers a classic Cape Cod experience, starting with a large back deck where you can lounge in the sun and dine in the coastal breeze each evening. You'll have a gas grill for your summer barbecues, a backyard where your kids can play, even a Ping-Pong table for high-stakes family tournaments.

Sunlight seems to find every corner of the open living space, from the well-equipped kitchen (offering an air fryer!) to the dining room and living room. Spend fun-filled nights at home playing board games, working on puzzles, and streaming your favorite movies on the smart TV. Additional amenities include beach games, an outdoor shower and private washer/dryer to welcome you back in the afternoons, and complimentary WiFi.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
