RULES:
FOR THE APARTMENT:
▪️ Kitchen supplies, laundry supplies, and other items not described are not included.
▪️ No smoking inside the apartment; there is a terrace area where you can smoke.
▪️ Take care of the facilities.

FOR THE COMMON AREAS OF THE COMPLEX:
✓ Hours from MONDAY TO SUNDAY 10:00 AM TO 10:00 PM.
✓ Mandatory use of swimwear.
✓ Shower before entering the pool.
✓ Children under 3 years old must enter the pool with special diapers.
✓ No glass containers allowed.
✓ Food and drinks can only be consumed in the palapa area; it is FORBIDDEN to have food and drinks around the pool or on loungers.
✓ In the pool area, the use of sound equipment must be moderate; bands, groups, and orchestras are prohibited.
✓ No smoking in the palapa area or on loungers.
✓ Do not move the furniture from its original place.
✓ It is MANDATORY to close the umbrellas after use.

✓Clean furniture
✓Washing of sheets, blankets, and furniture after departure


WHAT MY CLEANING FEE DOES NOT COVER:

✖️Dirty dishes
✖️Dirty cloths or rags
✖️Stains or damage to furniture, beds, or electronics
✖️Ongoing cleaning during your stay
