Welcome to the Albert Lea! The Land between the Lakes! Enjoy a stay at The Fountain Blue! This lovely 3BR home has room for everyone and 2 full baths. Fully equipped kitchen for all your hosting needs and banquette seating for a crowd. All BR’s have smart TV’s so bring your Google sticks and Roku’s. High speed wireless internet will keep you connected. Enjoy the outdoors on one of the two decks, even dine outdoors right off the kitchen. Grill is ready and waiting. You will be a short walk to the beach complete with sand volleyball set up. The other direction down the block you can enjoy Eat’ans Ice cream, a local gem! Bring your boat for lake life fun! We are a block from the trail that goes around our beautiful lake! 5 miles around for the avid athlete’s workout or the leisurely bike ride stroll. Stop by The Boathouse on the lake to rent kayaks and paddles boards for a great time on the water. For a fun day trip you have Diamond Jo’s casino just 20 minutes south and Owatonna 30 minutes north. Go big and catch a Twins/Vikings/Wild or Timberwolves game or visit the Mall of America for a great day trip just 70 miles north.

This was an excellent stay! The house was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. The wifi works great, and the beds are comfortable. The house is older, but the heat works really well and the water hot. My family had a great time and would absolutely recommend this VRBO. No complaints at all!

Great little home!

Have stayed in several vrbos over thw years. This would rank as my favorite. The house was updated and very cozy. I feel like he thought of everything! Beds comfortable. Nice place to relax. We have family that lives in Albert Lea forward to staying there again!

Plenty of Space for Family

We rented fountain blue during a trip back to Minnesota for a family get together. We needed something larger than hotel rooms. This worked out perfectly. The property was very clean and we enjoyed having a full kitchen. I think there may still be some finishing renovations to do but other than that, all good.

Fountain Blue Albert Lea

The check-in was very good. I was notified before my stay of the address and door code. I enjoyed the electronic light and not having to keep track of keys. Directions and instructions for the house were clearly identified. Television, air conditioning and other amenities were clearly identified. The kitchen was massive and well done with plenty of room for my entire family of 6. The house was very clean, beds were nice and comfortable. Plenty of towels, soaps, shampoo, laundry soap were provided. Window air conditioners worked well and kept the upstairs cool. The owner was very accomodating and responded promptly when I needed assistance. Would stay here again and recommend this home.

AL Trip

The house was older, but somewhat updated. The house was older but safe and secure. It was a bit dirty when we arrived, the counters, floors, frig, stove and tables were dirty. There were many finishing touches that were not done in the house, and it just seemed to be rushed through. We have stayed in many VRBO properties, and this one was at the bottom of that list. Overall, it was a good stay, but I don't think we'll be back.
