Very clean and accessible. Plenty of room and great location. David was a great host and was easily accessible when we needed to check-in a couple of hours early. Would stay here again.

This was an excellent stay! The house was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. The wifi works great, and the beds are comfortable. The house is older, but the heat works really well and the water hot. My family had a great time and would absolutely recommend this VRBO. No complaints at all!

Need to have vrbo account for communication, but it was good the account linked to email. Just need to check the email oftentimes for communication. There was phone number provided as well after the communication started. First time rentor and it went well.

Was located a couple blocks from the lake, but an easy walk. AC is individual units in each room. Comfortable furniture and beds.

The kitchen was okay. There were no casserole dishes, which is ironic as Minnesota is the Hot Dish capitol! The basics are there and there was coffee and spices. We cooked several meals and we could function. The fit and finish of the house is spotty. Missing baseboards and poorly installed wallpaper. Overall our family was happy and had a great time.

In our check in procedures we stated the following: Reach out anytime for anything you may need during your stay. A simple text would have solved the lack of a casserole plate for your Minnesota meal. We live just a mile away. Stereotypes are not a popular choice in today's society, it can be very hurtful to many. Our design team and construction crews have been notified of your concerns. Minnesota Nice says " If you have nothing good to say, you probably shouldn't say it.

Great little home!

Have stayed in several vrbos over thw years. This would rank as my favorite. The house was updated and very cozy. I feel like he thought of everything! Beds comfortable. Nice place to relax. We have family that lives in Albert Lea forward to staying there again!

Plenty of Space for Family

We rented fountain blue during a trip back to Minnesota for a family get together. We needed something larger than hotel rooms. This worked out perfectly. The property was very clean and we enjoyed having a full kitchen. I think there may still be some finishing renovations to do but other than that, all good.

AL Trip

The house was older, but somewhat updated. The house was older but safe and secure. It was a bit dirty when we arrived, the counters, floors, frig, stove and tables were dirty. There were many finishing touches that were not done in the house, and it just seemed to be rushed through. We have stayed in many VRBO properties, and this one was at the bottom of that list. Overall, it was a good stay, but I don't think we'll be back.

Fountain Blue Albert Lea

The check-in was very good. I was notified before my stay of the address and door code. I enjoyed the electronic light and not having to keep track of keys. Directions and instructions for the house were clearly identified. Television, air conditioning and other amenities were clearly identified. The kitchen was massive and well done with plenty of room for my entire family of 6. The house was very clean, beds were nice and comfortable. Plenty of towels, soaps, shampoo, laundry soap were provided. Window air conditioners worked well and kept the upstairs cool. The owner was very accomodating and responded promptly when I needed assistance. Would stay here again and recommend this home.
