- Second bathroom with jacuzzi tub under skylight, sink, toilet, and quirky 1970s retro decor (bath bombs included!)

- Limited access to the Little Deschutes River—this is a natural reserve which means it is a natural shoreline with no dock or defined access

- Propane firepit on the backporch. No campfires/bonfires due to fire restrictions

You will have complete access throughout the home and property. The exception would be the detached garage.

Neighborhood Overview
The cabin is located along a scenic byway. While you may see and hear passing cars from parts of the property, the home sits on 16 private acres that offer plenty of space for privacy and a peaceful retreat. The surrounding area is a quiet, rural community with large lots and local families. We are committed to being respectful neighbors and ask that our guests observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am and enjoy the property responsibly. Property boundary maps are provided to help guests explore respectfully.

Policies and House Rules
- No parties, smoking, campfires, or bonfires
- Quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am
- Smart lock for easy, contactless check-in
- Detached garage is private and not available for guest use
- Event/photography use allowed with prior approval and additional fees/deposit
- Please stay within marked property lines when exploring; a map is provided
If guests elect to go for a walk and explore the wetlands natural reserve, please be mindful of the neighbor`s property line. These are marked with stakes and guests should remain on the rental property parcel. If guests have additional questions regarding what area is available to explore, a map will be provided.

Also, please note that in Central Oregon in the winter, we often have snowy road conditions. To make things simple, we stick to our stated cancellation policy. Please keep his in mind when booking in the Winter months. We also have a similar policy for smoke in the Summer. There`s a chance due to wildfires that there are smokey air conditions during your stay. If evacuations were to take place (extremely rare around here!), then a refund would be given, but other than that, we will stick to the stated cancellation policy. Thank you for your understanding!
