This 3,000 sqft home is listed as 2 separate units. There are 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms in the main house/top unit. The basement/lower is a small apartment with a king bed, full bath and kitchenette, with its own private entrance. The attached garage contains fitness equipment and has its own laundry.

If you are renting the lower unit only, the top unit does not have access, and vice versa. Just be aware there may be another guest at this property sharing the fenced backyard if both units have a pet staying.

Guest access

Your front entrance with keyless code will allow easy access 24/7 as you come and go. Your personal code will last the duration of your stay. This allows for an easy check-in and checkout-out. As backup, we also have additional keys located in a lock box, should it be needed.

Note for elder or disabled guests and elder or tiny pets: There are just a few steps to get into the front door. To get to the backyard from the deck, there are stairs.

An accurate guest count is required by both the site or application you booked through and our insurance policy. When booking the house, please ensure that you enter the correct number of guests, including all overnight and visiting guests. For example, if 6 people will be staying overnight and 2 additional people will be visiting during the day, the total guest count should be entered as 8. There is no additional charge for extra guests.

Your home sleeps 6, but if you would like to have additional guests, that is fine, but will only be allowed if requested, and given permission. If you have any questions about this policy, please feel free to reach out before booking!

Quiet hours are 10pm-8am.

Parking

You have a huge moon-shaped driveway available in the front that can accommodate at least 6 vehicles.

Trash Cans are located behind the home in front of the shed. For longer term stays, trash is collected every Wednesday. Green can for recycling only, and is collected every other week.

For your safety and security, we have active cameras overlooking the front and rear entrances that record both video and audio. All devices are located on the exterior of the property and are not reviewed unless there is an issue. Your Ring doorbell on the front door chimes in the living room if there is motion in the front of the house. The deck light shines if there is motion in the backyard. The backyard is fully fenced.

Whether you're a furniture finder, traveling professional, attending sporting events in the area, or visiting your family at HPU, this house is for you! Centrally located to jump right on the highway to Kernersville, Winston-Salem and Greensboro.

Your home is less than 10 minutes from HPU, a few more minutes down the road is The High Point Rockers Stadium / Stock and Grain, The Dive Bar Arcade, and the Social District with several bars, breweries, and High Points best restaurants. A couple more miles drive and you’ll be in our beloved furniture market madness.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
-3 beds and 2.5 baths
-Primary bedroom on first floor with king size bed and ensuite bathroom with giant bathtub and separate shower.
-Two bedrooms are located on the second floor, each has a queen size bed and desk area, with a full bathroom upstairs shared between the 2 bedrooms.
-Both full bathrooms come stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair dryer.
-All rooms offer comfortable mattresses, super cozy bedding that you’ll never want to leave, extra blankets, large closets, and Roku TVs that allow you to log into your personal streaming devices.

Kitchen and Dining
-Fully stocked kitchen with all the necessary items for cooking, crock pot and airfryer, full blender and single-serve cup blender.
-Coffee! Plenty of coffee pods and tea, with a single-serve cup and traditional coffee pot.
-Dining area located just outside the kitchen and living room with seating for up to 6.

Office Space
-You’ll find a large desk workspace with printer/copier/scanner and shredder. -There are board games located in the cabinet.

Game Room and Bar
-The door off of the office space will take you into.. another dimension!
Just kidding, it’s a walkway to the top of a detached garage where you’ll find a fun game room with a small bar and bar seating, pool table, dart board, and an unreasonably large bean bag chair. This space is not centrally heated or cooled, but just turn on the wall unit for your seasonal heating and cooling needs.
-You will not have access to the garage below, as it is just used for storage.
-No smoking in the game room, please use the deck and ashtray provided if you smoke.

Living Room
-Spacious living area with decorative, comfortable furniture and Roku TV.
-You have the ability to login to your personal streaming accounts such as Netflix and Hulu, etc.
-Stylish seating set up that will accommodate up to 5 people comfortably.
-Hardwood floors throughout the downstairs except in the bedroom.
-Fireplace is decorative only and does not work.

Outdoor Space
-Deck with a ton of comfortable seating with a gas fire pit table and gas grill.
-Front porch with cute table for two.
-Smoking outside only, please use ashtrays if you smoke.
-There will be a $250 fee if there is any evidence of indoor smoking.

Pets
-Located off of the kitchen, your fur child will find amenities of their own! There is a dog crate big enough for large dogs, water bowls, a cat scratching post and litter box with a bag of litter should you need it.
-There are cat and dog treats and a couple cans of cat and dog food, enough for a 2 night stay. If your pet is anxious or otherwise not house-trained, please leave them crated while you are away. There are 2 adjustable pet gates as well.
-The yard is fully fenced, please pick up after your pet using the pet waste bags provided before you check out.

Note: There are blankets literally everywhere, if your pet simply cannot go on without being on the furniture with you, please utilize the blankets on the beds and furniture to allow them to lay on. If there is a lot of hair on the couch, please use the vacuum attachment to get it off to the best of your ability. This allows us to keep allowing your glorious pets in the home, and saves our glorious cleaners a great deal of valuable time!

Laundry
-Located off of the pet room, you’ll find a fully equipped laundry room with a washer, dryer, detergent, iron and ironing board.
