Located on Franklin Parade, Encounter Bay with uninhibited ocean and coastal views from “the Bluff” to “Granite Island” you can relax in the comfort of the lounge with the 55" television or enjoy the outdoor setting on the balcony. “Sundowners” on the balcony are a must do.
Yilki Store and the renowned Beach House Café are a short walk or prepare a meal in the well-appointed kitchen which has oven, induction cooktop, micro wave and dishwasher.
The apartment features two bedrooms with the master having a King-sized double bed and the second with convenient single and trundle beds. All linen is provided. An upstairs bathroom has both a shower and bath and a separate toilet – a powder room is also on the lower level.
Fully air conditioned the apartment is a favourite all year round, popular with holiday makers, Whale “spotters” and walking enthusiasts.
For those wanting a longer stay the unit has a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board.
Directly across the road is a bike / running track that leads to the Bluff or Victor Harbor central – ride your bike to Goolwa and return to Victor Harbor on the famous Cockle Train on weekends. Outdoor activities abound in the region and include surfing beaches, kite surfing or just taking it easy in one of the many wineries that make the close Southern Vales district famous.
