Rental Rates Exclude:

Terms & Security Deposit:
• Terms & Conditions apply which will be sent to guest for signature
• As a form of security (and for peace of mind) for the villa owner, the Guest Manager will request on arrival a fully refundable $300 or 10,000 THB (cash only) security deposit from the guest
• Please note that any minor damage / breakages shall be charged at the end of your stay, at replacement value. If required, damages must be paid and will be requested by the General Manager and paid in full before departure.

Children rates:
- Infants from 0 to 3 years stay at a property for free on existing bedding. (Crib available upon request).
- Children from 4 to 11 years may stay in an existing bed for THB 200/child/night (Extra bed available upon request).
- Guests 12 and older will be priced as adults. (1,800 THB/person/night)

Extra bed:
- Adults require additional bedding.
- THB 1,800 /person/night or USD 55/person/night
