Great location!

We enjoyed our stay in the condo. The only problems we had were the beds and tubs. The bed in one of the rooms was sloped down at the head so we felt like we were slowly moving all night. The tubs were very squeaky. It made us feel like we might fall through. Other than that everything else was good!

It was OKish, but I wouldn't book again

Our stay was eventful. Issues were handled in the end, but I was not impressed with the property or how it was managed.Pros: Great location. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Cons: The Building smells like the crawfish restaurant next door. Maintenance is not on site, so no real help after hours. Houskeeping was left quite a bit to be desired. Encountered nonworking appliances in both units that we stayed in. Complete story: First 24 hours were good. Around 11pm on the second night we realized water was dripping from our celing. Called management and went to the security desk. One hour and two phone calls later we went to bed with bolws under the leak and no word on how this was going to be handled. We got a call the next morning and were offered the option to move to a different unit later that morning. Said that wouldn't work as we had plans/tickets for the day. So, they moved us up to a top floor room that was more or less identical to the previous room, but had King beds instead of queen. Also among the issues we encountered: We slected an accomodation with a washer & dryer in order to allow us to pack a bit less. When we dried the clothes in the first unit, the dryer looked and sounded like it had been through a civil war battle, and it didnt' dry our clothes. We put our wet clothes in a trash bag and moved them up to the new unit. Only to discover that in the new unit the dryer wouldn't turn on. We ended up air drying our clothes.

Great Place with Easy Access to NOLA

First time in this unit but second stay at the building…and we’ll be back for a third…and a fourth. Great apartment. Quite spacious. Loved the church bells and the roof access. Perfect location for all the fun spots!

Great location

Great location. Comfortable, spacious and very clean property. Secure entry with security guard was appreciated. Enjoyed the rooftop area. Only concern was the parking. Vague information regarding cost, no instruction on how to find the parking. Conflicting information on whether lobby area was accessible to parking garage (which it was not). The garage itself was not fit for purpose and we felt unsafe getting out the car, let alone leaving the car in that location.
