Enjoyed my stay from booking to check out. Every step was easy. Breakfast was delicious and satisfying. Location made it easy to get to and from Laguardia Airport, all the events and gatherings on my itinerary. Staff were courteous, professional and thorough. Would definitely stay there again.

Awesome front desk staff

Was a really nice and pleasant stay. Rooms were great and the front desk staff including the bellman were great. Did not use any of the amenities. Location was great too.

Clean Professional Hotel in Great Location

My family loved the morning breakfast that was essentially included in our stay. It was only one breakfast per room, but you can bring extra food back up to the room. It was also helpful that there was a Starbucks in the lobby. We liked the complimentary water bottles and the 24 hr concierge. There were plenty of staff and service was very good. Beds were also comfortable.

There was no refrigerator or microwave. Had to ask for a few times. And we had two rooms but only gave us 1 microwave. Also the room was extremely hot(we stayed in December) even had to use the air conditioner.
