Mini Studio in south OC

A clean comfortable space which is fully locked off from the main house. This space has it's own entrance from the outside into the space, and consists a mini suite of a comfortable bedroom and an en-suite bathroom.

The mattress is super comfortable and our bedding is high quality all cotton linens with 4 sleeping pillows and an Ikea perfect temperature comforter.

Included in the unit are blazing fast WiFi, a Roku TV, a small fridge and freezer, microwave, a single burner stovetop, and a coffeemaker. There is also a fold out workspace/dining table, Everything you need. (Please note: There is no couch or kitchen sink, a bathroom sink.)

Mission Viejo is one of the safest communities in the country. There are ample walking paths to discover, and we are about four hundred yards away from beautiful Lake Mission Viejo where you can walk for exercise.

About 20 minute drive to Dana Point or Newport Beach, Feel free to use our surfboards, paddleboards, kayak, beach chair, bicycle, etc. Just ask!

2 guests stays are limited to 1 week or less.
All stays have a 28 day limit.

Children and infants are not allowed.

Due to severe pet allergies we cannot accommodate service animals

No smokers. Includes tobacco, weed, vape and incense. This a clean smoke free property inside AND OUTSIDE!
A SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT SMOKERS: Before accepting a reservation we will ask you to specifically confirm you are a NON-SMOKER. You agree to a $950 fine and immediate eviction if you or your clothing/items smell like smoke. It will permeate our house. We take the smells of our house very seriously and there is a shared HVAC system. DO NOT REQUEST TO BOOK IF YOU ARE A SMOKER.
