The main house (180 sq. m.) is thoughtfully designed to provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making it the perfect retreat for comfort and relaxation. The place of the villa ensures it is bathed in sunlight from sunrise to sunset.

A large, airy area with comfortable sofas, a stone fireplace a big table for cozy evenings, and expansive windows that fill the room with lights .
Fully Equipped Kitchen:
A modern, fully stocked kitchen with everything you need.
3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms :
Master Bedroom:
A large space with a double bed and a private, spacious en-suite bathroom , big windows ,veranda .
Second Bedroom:
Features a comfortable double bed ,big windows with view and veranda .
Third Bedroom:
This room is the a smaller one includes two single beds (they can be joined if necessary).
Common Bathroom: A well-appointed shared bathroom with contemporary amenities to serve the other bedrooms.
Extra block:
If you are group more than 6 people or somebody seeking extra privacy, there’s a separate guest block (50 sq. m.) available for an additional fee 50 euro per day . Let us emphasize - that this place is never rented separately from the villa. It is also not suitable for small children to be alone there. It is located a few meters from the villa.

This space includes:
1 large bedroom with two single beds (convertible to a double) and an optional additional single bed.
1 spacious bathroom.
small kitchenette with refrigerator, stove, kettle and kitchen utensils . Large covered veranda and wonderful view.

Both the main house and guest block are equipped with A/C for summer and floor heating for cooler months, ensuring comfort year-round.
