The dryer was broken when I arrived and wasn’t fixed during my entire stay (didn't get refund.., would be enough to just rate 1-2 stars). The windows were extremely dirty on the outside. Communication was a bit off, though I think in a real emergency there would have been help.That aside, it’s an incredibly perfect, mostly clean apartment. It’s bright—there’s even daylight in the bathroom. I really loved the place! The entrance is cleaned daily by the company in the basement, and you can’t hear the staircase or surrounding apartments at all. So nice! Thanks for the (over all) great stay!

Misleading

The photos shown when I set up with Vrbo were different than what the place actually looked liked. When I got there, it was better than I expected and the washer and dryer are a plus for long stays. That said, they neglected to tell you lots of things. Like, you are only separated from your neighbors by a frosted but see through window. It's a steep 4 floor walk up in a dirty carpeted building. When I got in, I was given the wrong address. Communicating with the property manager was a slog because they would take a long time to respond. I would have to ping a few times. The washer and dryer were broken and I had to message and beg at one point for the manager to come down. They would eventually respond for sure though so that's a plus.
