Guest Access:

We provide a self-check-in service. Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll send you all the necessary instructions for accessing the home one day prior to your arrival via the Airbnb message thread. Be sure to keep an eye out for it. Rest assured, we'll be available to assist you during your check-in process should you need any help.

With easy access to major roads, you'll be just a short drive from all the attractions that Dallas has to offer, while still enjoying the calm of a residential area. Perfect for relaxation or exploring, this location ensures a comfortable and accessible stay.

- Pet-Friendly: House-trained pets are welcome with a $150 fee per pet. Register your pets and clean up after them, especially in the backyard.

- No Parties/Large Gatherings: Only registered guests are allowed. Contact us if you have queries or need clarification before booking.

- Additional Fees: From the seventh guest onwards, a $39 fee per guest per night applies.

- Entertainment: Smart TVs with streaming apps are available. We'll sign out of your accounts if you forget to do so.

- No Indoor Smoking: A $500 fine applies for violations. Smoke outdoors and dispose of cigarette butts properly.

- Pool: Please note that the pool is professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year.

As this is an outdoor pool, it’s normal for some leaves or debris to appear between cleanings. This does not indicate the pool is unclean—rest assured, all necessary chemicals are properly balanced, and the filtration systems are regularly maintained for your safety and comfort.

The pool technician accesses the area through the backyard gate. - Landscaping: Is done once a week.

For security, we have installed two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7. To respect your privacy, there are no cameras inside the house.

- Pest Control: Pest control service is monthly. Contact us if you encounter bugs.
