We provide a self-check-in service. Situated in Richardson Heights Estates West, the area features a mix of traditional and modern homes, surrounded by parks, shopping centers, and dining options. With easy access to major roads, you'll be just a short drive from all the attractions that Dallas has to offer, while still enjoying the calm of a residential area. Perfect for relaxation or exploring, this location ensures a comfortable and accessible stay.

- Pet-Friendly: House-trained pets are welcome with a $150 fee per pet. Register your pets and clean up after them, especially in the backyard.

- No Parties/Large Gatherings: Only registered guests are allowed. Contact us if you have queries or need clarification before booking.

- Additional Fees: From the seventh guest onwards, a $39 fee per guest per night applies.

- Entertainment: Smart TVs with streaming apps are available. We'll sign out of your accounts if you forget to do so.

- No Indoor Smoking: A $500 fine applies for violations. Smoke outdoors and dispose of cigarette butts properly.

- Pool: Please note that the pool is professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year.

As this is an outdoor pool, it’s normal for some leaves or debris to appear between cleanings. This does not indicate the pool is unclean—rest assured, all necessary chemicals are properly balanced, and the filtration systems are regularly maintained for your safety and comfort.

The pool technician accesses the area through the backyard gate. - Landscaping: Is done once a week.

For security, we have installed two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7. To respect your privacy, there are no cameras inside the house.

- Pest Control: Pest control service is monthly. Contact us if you encounter bugs.

Great Time

Everything was as advertized. There was a minor plumbing problem with one of the toilets, but they had a plumber out within hours to correct the problem. I only mention that to say thank you for being so attentive.

Terrible

The property was not as advertised. Upon booking and being charged via VRBO, I was contacted by a separate property management company who attempted to impose separate terms and charges. Upon arrival, the property was not as advertised (eg, bedrooms advertised were locked, a fitness room had equipment that didnt work, and much of the property was in disrepair). Despite taking photos immediately upon arrival and immediately calling the listed contact number, the property management company ignored the requests and then tried to charge me after the trip was complete for the property issues that existed (and had been specifically identified) at my arrival. I also received 36 calls and messages stay asking me to perform property maintenance functions for the property. 36 messages for a 4 day stay, even aside from the offensive substance of the messages, is absurd. My 2 star rating is intended to reflect the fact that the rating is honest, and not borne from sour grapes, as the location and neighborhood was actually fine.In the course
