Perfect location to downtown hub of restaurants and shops. House is beautifully decorated and clean! Beds are super comfortable, and the bathrooms are perfect for ladies, plenty of counter space and great lighting.

Perfect Location

Groom’s parents stayed at this property for our daughter’s wedding, and the groomsmen used the house to get dressed for the wedding. Perfect location, and the house was so nice! Attention to detail in every room, and the outdoor area was amazing. 10/10 recommend if you need a place to stay in Brandon!

This property was exceptional especially for my birthday gathering. It was one of the best VRBOs I’ve ever stayed at. It was clean, classy, and well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Beautiful luxury home

Our family really enjoyed both the inside and outside of this fabulous home. Beautiful details throughout. Beds were very comfortable and enjoyed cooking breakfast for our family. Host went above and beyond and communication was great! Will stay here again on our next visit!

Simply Amazing!

Every aspect of this home is just top notch. We enjoyed some great Mississippi weather in what has to be one of the best backyards in the South. A beautiful home with all the comforts and extras. We will be back for sure!

This property is beautiful and the cleanest I’ve ever stayed. Everything you could need is stocked. The layout of the house is perfect. All bedrooms have plenty of privacy. The outside space is perfect for entertaining or just relaxing. I will definitely be back. Thank you for sharing this great property.

This property is heads above others I've rented. Everywhere you look is another high-end detail and the host is so attentive. We all said we would love to live in this house and it was perfect for our gathering. Looking for an excuse to go back.

Beautiful brand new home

The Pearl is a beautifully decorated, spacious luxury vacation home , with central location and easy access to anything you need or want. The outdoor space is perfect for relaxing with family and friends. Quick drive or walk to restaurants , bars , coffee shop, loaded teas, and softball fields. Loved using the Viking stovetop, wine refrigerator, ice machine, and multiple coffee makers. Full stocked with the best ! Can’t wait to come back !!

Absolutely Amazing!

Oh my goodness! This home is so gorgeous and our host was wonderful!!! We felt so at ease and we all slept like babies in the most comfortable beds ever!!! This house has everything you need and more! The gourmet kitchen, the luxurious bathrooms with fluffy towels, the patio with two fire pits and seating areas! Oh, and everything was so clean and fresh! Quiet Neighborhood! Close to great restaurants! I could go on and on. But what I want to say is thank you, thank you, thank you!! We will never forget this beautiful weekend!!!!

This place is AMAZING!

It is rare to say this, but the pictures don’t do this place justice. It is the definition of beautifully curated, inside and out!We are a group of female coworkers and stayed at The Pearl while attending a continuing education conference at a local hotel. This home fit our needs perfectly. We had our own private spaces for sleeping and dressing, but also had ample room to visit and relax as a group. This property was immaculately clean and comfortable. The hosts thought of every detail to make our stay memorable. They were super responsive to any questions. This is the first time I’ve ever left a property thinking of reasons to return ASAP!
