Stunning Studio Suite located just off Las Vegas Blvd. With full-length windows, a state-of-the-art kitchen and this suite is 615 square feet of posh living. Strip View, amenities: Pool, Spa, Valet, 24 Hour Room service to name a few. Amenities can be seasonal. Please contact us to confirm availability. Located on the 20th floor. *Must be 21+.
The space
The Studio Suite is 600 square feet of contemporary luxury living. It has all the amenities of a well-appointed condo- with the views and elegance only Palms Place can deliver. 1 King size bed, queen-size pull-out sofa.
Other things to note
- At least one guest must be 21+ to book. Additional guests can be under 21.
- Free Parking
-Any guest staying 4 days or less is required to place a refundable security deposit of $100/daily at check-in with a credit card. Any person staying 5 days or more the deposit is $500/max.

The kitchen was stocked for staying in, bathroom and shower were great. Room was big and comfortable. I can’t think of anything negative.

Host was fine . unit not properly kept up . Some lights not working , some plugs not working . Chairs missing feet ( making them unstable ) siding coming off cabinets, drapes have many small holes in them . it appears that nothing has been kept up or replaced since unit was built 2008. beautiful property over all ( the building ),Palms Place staff was very good and took care of a problem with the safe without the owners getting back to us

Nice place

I gave the overall rating and cleanliness a 4 because the outer part of the toilet had what looked like dried vomit and the bathroom counter had lipstick and a brown dried up spot. Luckily, I had antibacterial wipes to clean it. Other than that, this was a nice place with a good location. It was easy to communicate with the property manager.

Host canceled our reservation with no notification. We were made aware of the cancelation at check-in on Christmas day. When we contacted said host through the app he, Din, stated he needed to look into it and call me back which he never did. Thankfully, I had took it upon myself to contact VRBO customer services, who assisted in other options. I looked a few hours later & saw Din finally responded with RESERVATION CANCELLED due to Guest_Minimum_Age. I saw other residents and 48 years old didn't seem to be too young or too old. Nor do I recall any of the fine print listing it as beeing over or under. I feel as though he is trying to not accept responsibility of his double booking which he admitted to the customer service representative I spoke to. We ended up having to make reservations through another site and having to spend additional out of pocket funds, as the refund would take time to process, and then having to cancel other plans that that money was intended to be for but what choice did we have. It just began a domino effect for trip

Not luxury

The place was nice but Luxury no non working items freezer didn’t work, bathroom makeup mirror or Tv didn’t work only one set o towels one set of sheets for Four days headboard torn the best thing about the unit the view having to pay a deposit when they offered or could do anything for us

Modern but not luxury! Bad experience.The condo has not been maintained. There are reviews from a year ago with the same complaints we had (broken bar chair, broken bathroom light, unusable safe, etc etc) - same things don’t work now - a year later. We also had a problem with the sink in the bathroom. It did not drain well and smells. Curtains don’t close completely (the strip is bright). The AC works but is quite loud. The WiFi is spotty, at best. The Kitchen did not have any utensils or dishes. One of the TVs is hung very poorly - it's tilted at least 15 degrees. The worst part is that the owner took very long to respond, sometimes the next day, and there was a lot of back and forth to get to resolution. Other than that, it's an easy 30-40 mins walk or 2 bus ride to the strip. It’s a modern big hotel room with a great view and comfy bedsofa! Free parking is provided which is a plus.All in all, it is an OK stay with easy parking and easy access to the strip. Good Price plus Great view BUT the accommodation is modern looking not luxury - for luxury it has to be maintained, should not get a 'run around' to acquire dishes & utensils, should be fully equipped, and the owner MUST answer and act faster.

There were several things wrong. Tv and light in bathroom not working. Sink/garbage disposal leaked all over kitchen. Headboard of main bed all stripped in places. Curtains stained. Cover blood stained, wall brown stains. Dishwasher inefficient. Had to ask for cutlery and frying pan.. bathroom door lock broken. Safe inoperable.one chair dangerously broken.

Nice but NOT LUXURY

I chose this property strictly for the description because there weren't any pictures (LESSON LEARNED!). This property is not considered luxury. It is nice but not luxury. It was very dusty and was not cleaned prior to our stay. There was urine on the toilet and behind the toilet. Hair on the floor and on the shower wall. The walls had stains on them and the windows were filthy (inside). It actually looked like a soda exploded on the windows. There is no freezer in this unit so we had no ice throughout our stay. The location and property amenities were great! I really wish the property was in better condition.
