The living area with vaulted ceilings features the living room with a sleep-sofa, dining area, fully-equipped kitchen and a full-bathroom. There is a private balcony off of the living area that is a great place to relax, unwind and enjoy the nice views and tranquil setting. The first bedroom is on the first floor and features a single and double/full beds, television and an adjacent full-bathroom. The second bedroom suite is on the second floor and features vaulted ceilings, a queen sized bed, television, balcony and an ensuite full-bathroom. Building amenities include an outdoor pool, sun deck, onsite parking and an elevator. The beach, parks, shopping, restaurants, coffee shops and more are all nearby. General Policies
Minimum guest age is twenty-five years old.
The guest that signed the Lodging Agreement shall be the guest that checks-in. This guest must be at least twenty-five years old and occupying the property throughout the duration of the rental period. All occupants of the property during the rental period shall be supervised by this guest. Violation of this policy will result in denial of access, cancellation of the reservation and/or immediate removal from the property without refund.
Maximum occupancy is noted on the listing and related materials. Violation of this policy will result in denial of access, cancellation of the reservation and/or immediate removal from the property without refund.
Guest shall not host, or permit to be hosted, any parties at the property at anytime. Violation of this policy will result in denial of access, cancellation of the reservation and/or immediate removal from the property without refund.
Pets are prohibited at the property. Violation of this policy shall be grounds for immediate removal from the property without refund. Guest will be responsible for all associated cleaning costs.
No smoking or vaping is allowed on the premises. If smoking or vaping does occur on the premises, Guest will be evicted and is financially responsible for all damage caused by the smoking including, but not limited to, stains, burns and the cost of odor remediation and removal and replacement of damaged property.
Your booking includes $1000 in accidental damage coverage, however any property damage needs to be reported immediately to Coastal Life Vacations to avoid additional charges and/or legal claims.
Rental booking includes a complete linen and towel package. Guest will be responsible for supplying their own paper products, toiletries, trash bags, beach towels and beach equipment.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations shall be in writing. Management fees are non-refundable. Reservations canceled more than sixty (60) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 100% refund less aforementioned fees. Reservations canceled more than thirty (30) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 50% refund less aforementioned fees. No refunds will be provided for reservations canceled thirty (30) days or less prior to the check-in date. No refunds will be provided if Guest does not take occupancy of the Property. A transfer to another Property at Guest’s request will be treated as a cancellation. Reinstatement of a canceled Reservation is subject to additional management fees. The Reservation will be in effect upon
receipt of initial required deposit payment and the applicable cancellation policy will apply at that time.

We have been to ocean city a couple times and this was by far the nicest condo we have stayed at. The complex was super quiet and clean. It came with two parking spots which came in handy. My daughter was able to crab right from the dock in the evenings. This condo was perfect for a family of four with two bedrooms and a pull out couch. If you want to be right downtown or super close to the board walk it’s not for you, but if you want a place to get away from the craziness then this does the job perfectly. We walked to the beach the first day and it was a little far. The next few days we packed up the car and parked at acme and then walked which was absolutely perfect. We will definitely stay at this condo again and even checked out smaller units in the same complex (pintail point) for the in-laws for next year

Exactly as Pictured
Small but beautiful and beautifully laid out condo. Unlike many places online this unit is exactly as portrayed in the pictures. The owner has added some details and kind comments not found in most rentals. The manager (Chris) was extremely communicative and helpful when contacted. The only issue was they have these awesome TV’s but they were very difficult to navigate, especially if you don’t have your own streaming services. And forget about watching any local channels or cable type news. But it was more an annoyance than anything else. Next time though, and we do intend to go back, please leave detailed instructions on TV use

No TV service
All 3 TV's did not work. We called on 6/23 and the gentleman told us someone would call back, but no one did. We had no TV the whole 4 days we were there. The TV in living room said no internet service. We'd appreciate a partial reimbursement because of this.
