Great location. In the arts and crafts area and only 3 miles from Gatlinburg and Roaring Fork Motor Trail. Nice pen area for the dogs. We would definitely go back.

I was very pleased with the property and location. I have a big dog and they were very accommodating. The property provided everything I needed. Nice beds, clean linens and towels. Hot tub. Grill. Only suggestion is to bring coffee with fixins and shower toiletries. All else was provided. Company was very communicative. Highly recommend.

Cabin was very clean and in a nice and peaceful area! At night we were able to hear owls in the distance because of how quiet it was. Host was great and communicative making the checkin and checkout process easy.

It’s a very cozy cabin. We enjoyed our stay there. We did have a visitor. A big black bear came to the back of the place so I was afraid to get into the hot tub because he was right there but we enjoyed it in the communication was great.

Location was excellent with a quiet area, flat road, and only a short distance from a grocery store and attractions. The cabin was old with some wonky floors but we never tripped or fell. The outside pen for the dog was convenient. All the conveniences were in the kitchen. The tv was fine in the living room but the tv in the room with the queen bed didn't seem to work well. The tv in the master only utilized Roku which we weren't familiar with and couldn't find anything to watch. Internet was excellent. We enjoyed our stay and I even saw a bear crossing the road close by!

We enjoyed our stay, the hot tub isn’t large but it’s good for 2 people to enjoy. The beds were comfortable. The shower worked well. It had what we needed. The fireplace has a timer it’s gas powered I believe. We would stay here again.

We absolutely loved the arts and crafts community nearby. Great locstion near lots to do yet very peaceful and quiet. Great communication when something needed.

Hidden gem

We would highly recommend this Hidden Gem in Gatlinburg. It's close to everything but yet not on the main drag.

Smoky Mountain Getaway

Great location. Near everything we wanted to do in Gatlinburg. Property was as advertised. Loved the arcade game and hot tub. The beds were too soft but everything else was good.

Bathroom was filthy. We spent two hours cleaning and washing rugs, bath mat, etc. Mold on bath mat and around the tub. Mat was so bad we took it outside. Could be nice but needs lots of attention, paint, etc. Good location but overall disappointed and not worth the money given we had to clean it.

Hidden Gem

This is actually a 2 bedroom home. It's situated in a quite neighborhood, and it's in the Great Smoky Arts and Crafts Community. We loved our stay here. The board and card games were a nice surprise. Plenty of room for a nice vacation. The beds and pillows were wonderful and felt new. Also, a lot of dishes and appliances. We couldn't get the washing machine to work. No big issue with us.

Great place in a great location. Few minor issues

Our stay in the cabin was great. The location is great. It wasn't hard to find and it was nice to get away from the downtown area. Even with the few minor issues we had, we really enjoyed our stay. Even with it being a rustic cabin there were some things that were dirtier/dustier than expected. We found ourselves having to wipe some surfaces down upon arrival. Not due to the cabin owner or management company, we were woken one morning to the fire alarm going off. We had not cooked anything or had the fireplace running our entire trip. The smoke alarm/ carbon monoxide dectector must have been malfunctioning. We were unable to even silence the beeping. Due to the early hour when we called we were sent to a call center that had no experience with this cabin in particular and were not able to help turn the alarm off. We were checked on later in the day to make sure everything was okay. We had a problem with trash as well. We could not find any additional trash bags for our week long stay. The information told us there was a bear safe locked area for the trash to be put in. There was not a bear safe locker and the management company was unaware. They said to leave the trash in the kitchen and they would come and remove it. When we returned they had just brought an additional trash can with a lid and put the trash from the kitchen in that.

Had a wonderful time! Cabin met or exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness, functionality and ambiance. Great quiet and private location, close to restaurants, grocery stores, gym, coffee shops and downtown.
