This comfortable single-level cabin sleeps up to 4 guests and features two bedrooms, each with a Queen bed, plus one full bathroom. The cozy living room offers a gas fireplace, flat-screen television with cable, and wireless internet throughout the home.

The fully equipped kitchen includes pots, pans, dishes, utensils, a microwave, and a gas range/oven, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay. The dining table comfortably seats four guests, and a washer and dryer are conveniently located within the home.

After a day of exploring Tahoe, relax on the expansive deck surrounded by towering pines and enjoy the peaceful mountain setting.

One of the best features of this cabin is its convenient location. Guests can easily walk to local favorites including Sunnyside Restaurant & Lodge, Firesign Café, West Shore Market, and ShadySide Lounge. William Kent Beach and the public beach next to Sunnyside are also just a short walk away, making it easy to spend your days enjoying the crystal-clear waters of Lake Tahoe.

This home does not allow parties or events, as it is in a residential neighborhood, and quiet time is from 9pm-8am. Thanks for your cooperation!

The cleaning fee includes linens and towels. You may want to bring beach towels, as those are not provided.

There is an electric fence system at this house to protect it from bears when unoccupied. Detailed instructions will be given to you once booked.
