ARN25L - Available weekly - 2 bedroom 1 bath lower level unit with parking. Great location within a block to all central beach/boardwalk action. Straight shot to downtown business district as well. Has parking, a/c, wifi. Shared laundry.
Upper unit 3BR 1.5 ba may also be available! ARN25U
Shore Points Vacations cancellation policy supercedes any policy advertised or insinuated on other marketplaces. The terms of our lease/rental agreement shall prevail. View our rental agreement for full terms & conditions, however should you wish to cancel your reservation then this is to be requested in writing to Shore Points Vacations. In short, the reservation must be re-booked for any refund to be offered unless otherwise agreed to by the property owner.
Trip cancellation insurance is also available and costs about half of what the taxes would cost you which we are exempted from.
Shore Points Vacations will do everything in our power to accommodate, as it is our mission to provide an exceptional experience and to become your top choice for your beach vacation every year! If you do not agree with our terms you should not book this rental.
