The space
The house is located in the gated four unit community. This is for the entire two store front house with 2,100 sqft of living space. The large high ceiling modern home consists of 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths, all with bath tubs.

Upstairs (second level) - 3 Bedrooms include the master bedroom with en suite bathroom. 2 Bathrooms.

Downstairs (ground level) - 1 Bedroom. 1 Bathroom

The house has a full kitchen with cook top, microwave, oven, dishwasher, along with coffee maker and toaster. You will also find cooking utensils. The house is equipped with high speed internet, two TV's (master bedroom and living room), filtered drinking water dispenser for cold and hot water, water softener, refrigerator with ice maker, washer and dryer are located in the garage with detergent and dryer sheet provided. Central A/C and heater units will keep the entire home warm or cold for you liking.

Fresh bedding for every guest every time. All guests will have fresh bedding, towels. Shampoo, Body Wash, and hand soap are provided.

4. No drinking or eating in Bedrooms

Bedrooms were nice and big, but could’ve used a chair or bench. Host supplied only 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per guest. No hand towels at all. I messaged host and extra towels came in less than 24 hours. The host responded to all messages very quickly. Kitchen only had 5 forks and 3 teaspoons. Not a dish towel to be found anywhere. We made do, but the listing showed that the house accommodates more people, so one would think there should be enough utensils to go around. The neighborhood was run down and we felt somewhat unsafe. LOUD fireworks and music on NYE and it went on all night and the next night. These weren’t normal firecrackers. It sounded like dynamite. Our walls shook and car alarms were going off due to the vibration of the explosions. We were nervous about a fire or worse. All in all we had a great time on our vacation and host was kind and responsive.

Our stay at this property was nothing but exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at ease. The home is impeccably beautiful & clean, with every corner well-furnished making it a comfortable and refreshing place to stay.The neighborhood is quiet and secure, located within a gated small community that provided us with peace of mind. The host was incredibly kind, approachable, and always quick to respond whenever we needed anything, ensuring that our stay was as smooth as possible.The house itself is warm and inviting, with a cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The fully stocked kitchen had everything we needed for meal preparation, while the bathrooms and bedrooms were thoughtfully provided with all the essentials. The highlight of the home was the spacious master bedroom, which featured a beautiful fireplace and an enormous en-suite bathroom—perfect for relaxation after a long day.Our family stayed here for a month under difficult circumstances, as we were fire victims facing mandatory evacuation from our home in Altadena. During this challenging time, this rental became more than just a place to stay—it became a sanctuary for our family.Overall, this property exceeded our expectations in every way. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-equipped home in a peaceful setting with a wonderful host, I highly recommend this property. It truly was an outstanding experience!

Great host communication and very clean property

This home was in a beautiful location in El monte with private gate. It was fully equipped with anything you could need for a vacation. The hosts were extremely responsive and provided excellent local recommendations. The home had very clear instructions. The host went above and beyond to provide anything and everything we could possibly need. If we are in the area again, we would love to stay here again. Thank you!
