Domaine Nansen was a wonderful stay for our group of 12. It fill all of us comfortably, has everything you need, and is extremely clean. The host left us amazing goodies and a bottle of champagne on our arrival which was an extremely pleasant surprise. The ski-on ski-off access is also amazing and extremely easy. I highly recommend this home and we will definitely be back!

Our host was great. He did a quick tour to show us all of the amenities (there are too many to list) and then we didn’t see him again. He checked in by text to make sure we had everything we needed. The house was amazing. Everything we need for a comfortable stay was provided. The location is perfect and we especially enjoyed the wood burning fireplace and pool table. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic Ski In Ski Out Property with all the Amenities

Don and Jon were fantastic hosts. Their chalet was spotless and had everything one would want for a fantastic friends weekend. Our group loved the hot tub and sauna for apres-ski recovery. Excellent getaway

This was the perfect group getaway location. The owner was super easy to deal with and very welcoming. The property is huge - easily accommodated 4 families with young children. So easy to access the ski trails. The kids loved it, we loved it.

Great stay - great skiing

Really enjoyed our stay here - the house has everything you will need and our whole group slept comfortably. Host was very friendly and available for any questions. Hot tub, full kitchen, espresso machine, huge pool table and real fire place and more make this fun for whole family.

Great stay

What a great property for a large group. We had 4 teens with us and they had a blast; close enough to the village they could come and go as they pleased, but so much to do in house that they were happy to stay in; pool table, fooseball, hot tub! We got really lucky with a massive spring snowfall on day 1. Would highly recommend! And great hiking for the non-skier

Beautiful, Spacy, and Perfect Location!

A beautiful, open space, modern and well kept chalet in the PERFECT location! Kitchen is absolutely gorgeous and opens up into a large living space. Big windows, beautiful views. Basement has a large playing area for pool and fooseball. Hottub was great and the icing on the cake!

We had an amazing stay at this chalet, which exceeded all expectations, making for an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, Jon and Don were extremely helpful and communicative, going above and beyond to ensure that we had an enjoyable stay. The property itself turned out to be a delightful hidden gem. We instantly felt at home and its charm, complemented by thoughtful decor and top-notch amenities, created an atmosphere of total comfort and relaxation. A beautiful chalet: Magical stay

Don and Jon’s chalet is beautiful. It’s our second trip so that says enough; it’s worth a 10 hour drive (No, 12 due to ninja snow on I-81 and then again on THE 90.) The ski on access is wonderful. The hearth was enjoyed by all. It was great to see the teenagers playing some games together. The kitchen: well stocked, the bedding: comfortable. The space: large. No one had a complaint. Not one. Everyone had compliments.

Lovely, well-equipped home

This is a beautiful property in a convenient position for the slopes and the pedestrian village. The owner is right next door and is available to help at any time - he kindly collected our pre-ordered lift passes for us before we arrived. We stayed with extended family and really enjoyed the facilities including hot tub, bbq and sauna. Weather conditions were not ideal during the week after Christmas but we all managed some skiing.

A 5 Star Listing!!!

We had a wonderful stay. Owner was very helpful and had attention to detail about the property. Listing and pictures are very accurate to what is advertised. The property is actually more beautiful than the pictures! House is very clean and comfortable. The sauna, hot tub and game room makes for a very fun evening night in. It is also a very convenient location with it being a short walk to the village and accessible to and from the mountain on ski's. Highly recommend this listing and we will hopefully be back!

Beautiful Place on a Beautiful Mountain

Our stay at Joe and Don Finless' mountain side condo was great- the house was perfect, plenty of room and easy in easy out for cars and skiers. Their directions to get to the trail and get home from the trail were perfect. The same for getting to town. The maintenance company in charge of snow removal was very responsive to snow fall, which was great.Joe and Don were probably the most responsive and helpful hosts we've stayed with- any question by text was answered very quickly and if they thought it was urgent, they called.We would highly recommend this place for bigger parties or two families staying together. Great game room downstairs and lots of space for people to spread out.Cheers!

Couples Skiing Getaway Weekend

This home looks amazing in photos but my goodness were we blown away in person! Don & Jon's home is immaculate, large & accommodating to our group of 5 couples. It was the perfect winter getaway for our group. Don & Jon were incredibly responsive from the second we reserved our property in November and even into our stay over Presidents day. They went above and beyond as hosts and this is hands down my best VRBO experience. They gave amazing restaurant & activity recommendations which made our experience that much better. Thank you Don & Jon and hope to see you again in the future!

Amazing ski vacation

This trip was great! Don and Jon were extremely welcoming, both answered all of my questions. I even took a tour of the house 3 months before I rented it. We traveled with adults, younger children and teenagers. There was space for everyone and the kids enjoyed the basement living space. The home was ski in ski out, which was perfect. Very close walk to the village that has shops and restaurants. Grocery shopping in the village or a 10 minute drive. Sauna and hot tub were great after a long day of skiing. The hosts are so accommodating, my husband forgot some clothes in the dresser and they took the time to ship it back to us. The whole family is asking to return again. Hope you have as much fun as we did!

Charming chalet for a winter escape

Our short stay at this exquisite chalet in December checked all our boxes for the winter break that we needed. Upon arrival, we received a very kind and warm welcome from Jon & Don who offered us great local insights. The house was impeccable clean, and very spacious. It spreads over three floors, and had plenty of bedrooms to choose from. We particularly loved the charming décor as it created a very cosy ambience that perfectly fits the place and town. After unpacking, we immediately started exploring the wonderful town and noticed that the chalet is extremely well situated. The surrounding neighbourhood is very quiet and green, but just within a short walk it was possible to get into the town’s centre. The centre of Mont-Tremblant was small but beautiful with a variety of small shops and restaurants. After a long day out in the cold, it was also amazing to return home and wind down in the hot tub. It was definitely one of the many highlights of our trip! Overall, we had a fantastic time and we can only recommend a stay at Jon’s chalet to anyone seeking a luxurious, yet cosy winter escape. Thank you for having us, we will surely return in summer!

Phenomenal place to experience Mont Tremblant

I feel so fortunate to have rented Don & Jon’s home for an annual ski trip we do with another family. This was our first visit to Mont Tremblant and Don & Jon did a lot to make sure it was a success.Their communication was excellent from booking until arrival, and it was easy to plan for our trip and what we might need during the stay (buying groceries, planning nights out, etc.). They could not have been more clear, kind, or proactive.The home itself is amazing. It is well kept and cared for, with plenty of space for our large group, and very nice touches that made our time there enjoyable. The bedrooms and beds were comfortable, the furniture is in good shape, and there are some personal touches that make it feel very “homey”. The views from the deck are great and helped us keep an eye on both ski traffic and observe a blood moon and lunar eclipse (thanks to a great tip from our hosts).The ski in/ski out location is perfect. It’s close enough to the village at the base that it’s a quick trip down to the lifts, but also far enough away to be serene.The kitchen is well stocked with things like spices, oil, and coffee filters such that you don’t have to acquire them for your stay. The utensils for cooking and eating are ample. The bathrooms aren stocked with soap and shampoo. All these little touches add up.The game room on the basement level kept us highly entertained between pool and foosball competitions. We all want to come back to Tremblant and this home!
