📝 Important Details:

1) Our home has 4 stair steps at both front and back doors and also inside. It’s not suitable for guests with mobility needs and young children will need to be supervised during your stay.
2) Our housekeeping team lives onsite in a separate guest house - fully fenced for your privacy.
3) Mondays are our trash collection days . Expect our housekeeping crew to bring out trash carts and wheel them back at the end of the day.
4) Street sweeping is every Tuesday.
5) Our gardener, Adan, a friendly gentleman who is taking care of our landscaping every other Wednesdays.

The property was nice! Communication was excellent and checking in was easy. The backyard is small so we did spend time at the park nearby. We had issues with the washer -not wanting to spin and the dryer not staying hot which will need to be addressed. There was plenty of towels and blankets. The kitchen is pretty small so no more than 2 can work in it comfortably. The complimentary waters and beers was a great touch. Overall, it was a nice place!

Most comfortable beds and super convenient for our Disneyland trip!

Everyone in our family loved the beds and raved about how comfortable they were! The parking was perfect for our two suvs and one car. It super easy and fast to get to Disneyland also!

The size was perfect as we had a party of 12 including an infant. One of the reasons we did choose this property was the laundry ability but unfortunately the spin cucle on the washer wasnt working correctly. We had to take a bag of wet items home with us.

Our washing machine has been functioning perfectly fine. The only possible issue we can think of is that the load may have been too large, which can affect the spin cycle. For future stays, please inform the host of any concerns immediately so they can be resolved promptly. Unfortunately, we were unable to address your claim since no issues were reported during your stay.

This is a fantastic place to stay for a large family. We had 8 adults in our group and still had plenty of room! The location is in a safe neighborhood and the house is very clean. The kitchen was well stocked and I can’t think of an amenity that wasn’t provided. The host was easy to work with and responded quickly to messages. We will be recommending this place to friends and family who frequent Southern California. It’s centrally located and very kid friendly too. Great stay!

Convenient

The home was clean and spacious. The children enjoyed the game room. It is conveniently located near Disney, and it only took 5-10 minutes to get to the Toy Story parking lot without entering the freeway.

Our stay was good, the house is spacious and cozy. We overall had a wonderful vacation. The host didn’t communicate with me prior to the stay so I was left searching the property listing for information on getting in the property and Wi-Fi information, etc. I would have appreciated if I had contact with the host prior to the stay.

Overall this house was fine, but there were a few misleading or inaccurate items in the description. The bedroom count was not correct. It lists 5 bedrooms, an office, and a living room/game room with a futon. One of the 5 bedrooms is the office so this room is double counted which led to less private sleeping spaces than our group had counted on. We made it work, but a heads up to others booking this home.The home itself was clean. The beds and pillows were pretty uncomfortable, so if you are picky about your pillows you may want to bring your own. Our primary purpose was visiting Disneyland and the home was about a 15 - 20 minute drive, depending on traffic. It was an easy drive and no need to take freeways.
