Sweet and quiet

My girls and I stayed here while we went to a college tour of TCU. Location of the home is fantastic. Close to the university and there are some great restaurants nearby. Everything was great.

We loved everything about our stay! The only complaint is there's no door to the back yard & it's not convenient to go around through the side gate, but wasn't a big deal. It was the perfect place rest between sight seeing of the city. The neighborhood was nice and very quiet. It's in the historical district & most of the houses are beautiful. Would definitely recommend and will stay again if we're in town. Thank you for sharing your lovely place.

I love the area was quite and friendly, the home was exactly how I expected it to be. The best part it was close to restaurant and other cool places to visit.

A lovely neighborhood

This duplex or double bungalow is in a beautiful neighborhood. We always felt safe and welcome. Checking in was odd because our instructions gave us the wrong address. They gave us the wrong side of the duplex address. The inside is nice; it's just a bit worn. The kitchen sink stopper doesn't work, the bathtub stopper doesn't work, and there is no door to the backyard. I bought a couple of folding chairs so we could sit in the backyard with our dog.

Great location

Love the neighborhood, very clean place, and beds comfortable. A few things need some attention: outlet face plates missing in several places, electrical cord for tv hangs down beside LR chair, bring a hairdryer, trim pieces missing on kitchen island, unit on right (B) doesn’t have access to yard from inside the unit (have to go out front door and through gate on side of unit), the dining room chairs are all wobbly and give like they will collapse (especially for adults), and LR chair has rear leg bent inwards. These are small things but a problem if you plan to have a couple of guests over. We were close to family and no need to entertain. We loved walking the neighborhood despite the rainy weather and the price was right for the comfortable beds and quiet surroundings.

The location is small but MUCH better than a hotel room. The kitchen was great to use for making our breakfasts.We were there for medical appointments at the hospital near by which took about 5-10 minutes to drive there.
