La plage est juste devant notre porte d'entrée et nous sommes à distance de marche de toutes les principales attractions de Venice Beach. Situé à quelques pâtés de maisons dans ne importe quelle direction et vous trouverez de grands magasins, pubs, restaurants, boutiques, galeries d'art, vélo et location de patins, ... Nous fournissons beaucoup de draps propres, serviettes, serviettes de plage, glacière, et des chaises de plage ... tout ce que vous besoin de se sentir à la maison tout en profitant de Venise. Une alternative confortable aux hôtels.

Notre maison de plage est très bien entretenu dans un endroit sûr et amical. Toute la propriété est fermée avec l'entrée verrouillée et codées pour plus de sécurité. Oasis of tranquility

We just came back from our stay at this wonderful apartment. What you see is what you get. What you don't see and you also get is a friendly welcome, a very well stocked home away from home, a piece of calm among the hustle and bustle of quaint Venice, a hassle free check out...all in all, a great experience we are happy to recommend to anyone! Great location and really nice place

Kevin & Sydney provided us with great information and service before our stay in Venice Garden. Everything in the description was as expected upon arrival. Great beds and comfortable living. Travelling with teenagers the TV was highly appreciated. What the owners did leave out was that you actually had a oceanview from the terrace which was a nice surprise! Great location with only 50 meters to the beach and the famous Venice boardwalk. Really nice to have your own parkingspot on the property which also was gated. Many thanks to Kevin & Sydney! Fabulous property with great location

This property is incredible - from it's location, to the fenced in yard and parking, to the helpful and kind owners. The unit is very comfortable, with great towels and linens. They have everything you need to make your beach stay comfortable - beach towels, sand toys, umbrellas, chairs. The deck and yard are perfect for outdoor relaxation and families. One evening we used the grill for a BBQ, and had fun watching our children run around the yard. The owners were also extremely kind and helpful to my mother and aunts, who rented the lower unit. They had several mishaps requiring Kevin and Sydney to come by or call a repairman, which they did with great kindness.

Great location, helpful owners, immaculate

We (me, my wife, and 3 children ages 4-11) stayed for 8 nights at this apartment. We've stayed at 5 HomeAway apartments prior to this one, and I'd have to say this was the best. The location is outstanding, walk to the beach in 3 minutes. The owners were very responsive, both when booking and after we got there. The apartment itself is very well finished. Some more positives: Having enclosed parking was great. Nice surprise to have on-demand movie channels. Quiet. Spacious. Clean. Great enclosed garden area for children to play in. Near whole foods (7 min drive), good access to freeways. The only (minor) negative was having to walk outside the building to get the washing machine and dryer. In summary, it was a great vacation, and we look forward to coming back to this property soon.

Perfect location

The Venice House is clean and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The neighborhood has everything within walking distance. Sydney and Kevin were great and easy to communicate with. I definitely recommend The Venice House and would love to stay there again the next time we're in LA.

A special and sweet spot. Hard to find something that feels like a home, 1-block from the sand...

If you want quaint, clean, secure and private right off Venice Beach, then this is the place. The garden and deck make it seem like you’re not in LA, yet there you are, on Venice beach. A us for dog owners too, as you’ll have access to a real yard and amenities.

Beach cottage

Charming cottage close to the beach, one block walk. It is a busy neighborhood and a bit noisy, however we were on the 2nd floor which did help. Kevin is terrific and guides you to fun activities, places to eat and sites to see.

This place in Venice is a hidden gem!!! So impressed with location!!!

Great week at this property! Greatful for check in with owner that told us a lot about the town that we never would've know! All the extras in the house were a nice bonus... beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, condiments, etc...it was great never felt so much at home as we did here! Front yard was great too able to BBQ a few times, enjoyed the sun porch as well!!! Highly recommend this place for all to stay...hope to come back soon!!!!

Beautiful home

Every touch is thoughtful and beautiful. Well cared for. Woke up to the sound of birds each morning. A little Paradise in an urban environment. Very peaceful and sweet and comfortable. We plan to come back to stay again in future visits.

Venice Beach Paradise!

My husband and I met our two adult children in Venice Beach for a 5-day holiday and had the good fortune to find Sydney's and Kevin's place. It's just a fantastic, beautifully appointed and cared-for find. Kevin met us to show us around and acquaint us with the neighborhood. The apartment was perfect for us! It's immaculate (coming from an OCD cleaner!), tastefully furnished, welcoming, and comfortable. Lovely touches abound-- such as bottled water in the fridge, chocolates on the coffee table, bath products that make you leave the ones you brought unpacked. The kitchen is stocked with basics so you can easily make a meal at home, if you can resist all the good restaurants nearby. The bed and bath linens are luxurious and plentiful. We enjoyed all the gathering spaces-- the living room with TV and couches, and the dining room, as well as the sweet and private deck and fenced garden. Visiting local relatives had plenty of room to socialize with us, and were impressed by our lovely getaway space! The Garden Oasis is a very short stroll from the beach and beach walk, the Venice Canals, bike rentals, a skate park, and Muscle Beach. Highly recommended!

Overwhelmingly Awesome!

This wasn't just a place to stay, it was a fantastic dream world of beauty, nature, and good karma! Magical! It should be part of a mystical tour. Definitely check it out! Our only regrets are that we wish we could have stayed longer.

Very clean and we'll cared for

This rental house on the beach is very well cared for. My family and I enjoyed the house and had no problems. Kevin was very helpful and informative on our arrival. We really enjoyed the privacy on the front patio. We would eat dinner or lunch there almost every night. We loved having the beach so close. The secure parking is great with room for my truck. Would recommend this house to all friends and family members.

The pictures don't do justice, the location, garden and ambience of this home is fabulous. It's so well located but quite and safe and private. Sydney and Kevin are perfect hosts welcoming informed and know how much information to give. They set things up to be welcome with introducing the area and how to in the home.... they are nice people

A GORGEOUS oasis in the heart of Venice Beach!

Can I give it more than 5 Stars?? 10 Stars!! This house was the PERFECT oasis for my family to escape to! It had EVERYTHING we needed- a very PRIVATE grassy yard , a lovely upper deck, a spacious living room area, a private parking space, AND it was literally the second property from the Venice Boardwalk & beach!! Kevin thought of EVERYTHING and then added a little more to make our stay the best vacation we have ever had! The items he provided (shampoo/conditioner/body wash/ towel/sheets/ blankets/ coffee maker/toaster) were TOP of the LINE and we felt like we were living in LUXURY! The interior of the house is sweet - the wall art is unusual and nicer than I would have expected in a vacation rental, the furniture was beautiful and expensive looking but still comfortable. There was plenty of space inside for my whole family (myself, two full grown girls and granddaughter) to sleep in our own space and feel relaxed. My 17 year old used the pullout sofa in the dining room with an air mattress on top for added comfort and loved it. We all lounged on the sofa every evening and there was room for ALL of us to lie down! We cooked some & the kitchen had everything we needed for the fairly simple meals we were up to after long days on the beach. The outside of this space is exactly what I needed to come 'home' to after spending time in Venice & the surrounding areas. I am a small town girl. Having my kids and grand-baby there in what felt like a big city with SO MANY PEOPLE felt a little overwhelming at times. The yard of this garden oasis is completely fenced & walled in with perfectly placed trees and bushes-with a patio table and grill. Once inside the gate, we felt SECLUDED, invisible to passersby & SAFE! That's pretty important when traveling with children! The upstairs patio was perfect as a SECOND outdoor seating area to see the ocean & relax with a cup of coffee each morning & wine each evening. The name of this property truly says it all...it actually is a garden oasis!! Venice was a blast! Seeing all the unique individuals living true to who they are was really lovely! The beach was clean & not too crowded. We even found a Harbor beach where there were no waves. We brought our bikes from home. It was the highlight of our trip. I recommend bringing bikes or renting them for your whole stay. Hulu seemed an interesting option for bike rental. I would look up how it works if you need to rent bikes. It seems more affordable than any other option I saw.

Great family vacation!

The location was perfect!! It was convenient to beach attractions, canals, restaurants, shopping, etc... PLUS, the gate added so much privacy, so we could grill and have family time. The owners are very nice and hospitable too!! We'd definitely love to stay here again!

Perfect Venice Vacation Home

This rental was absolutely perfect. These owners have it ALL figured out. The setting is fabulous, and the flat is laid out perfectly with everything you need to relax and enjoy your time in Venice. I have a VRBO myself, and I was taking notes as to ways in which I can improve my own VRBO based on the amazing set up Kevin and Sydney have with this awesome rental. I can't recommend it more highly, and will definitely be back. Thank you guys so much!

Oasis by the Beach

My friend and I stayed at this beautifully furnished, peaceful Venice apartment and LOVED it! It was very clean and cute. The beds were super comfy and the kitchen was nicely equipped. We especially loved the deck where we hung out and drank wine while watching the sunsets. A very cool feature was the parking! There is a sliding gate which locked for safety and privacy, then a nice walk through the beautifully landscaped yard, up the stairs and we were "home" for our stay. There was a row of houses between us and the beach, but it was right there! Very convenient and we could hear the waves at night from the room on the beach side. There is another apartment below the unit, but we hardly saw the other people that were there for part of our stay. We loved it and would definitely stay there again. Sydney and Kevin were delightful and very helpful.
