Welcome to our remodeled condo just a stone`s throw away from Boone Pickens Stadium! Enjoy the convenience of being only one block away from the excitement of game day while staying in a modern space. Take a dip in the pool, explore the town on our complimentary bikes, and rest easy knowing that parking is on us. Perfect for sports enthusiasts and travelers alike, book your stay now for a game day getaway you won`t forget!



This was previously high end student housing that has been converted in condos and remodeled. It has a pool, hammocks, outdoor grill area, dog area, and bikes for use.



They will have access to entire space and any shared amenities, including parking within 1 block of Boone Pickens Stadium.

Relaxing and quiet

The stay was quiet and peaceful. Exactly what I needed. Communicating with the host was always quick and responsive. Definitely plan on staying again next time I am in town.

Newly remodeled studio in a great location at OSU

We came in for parent’s weekend for a football game at OSU. This studio is in a perfect location for college games. Entire unit is newly remodeled. Keurig coffee maker with K cups was a nice surprise. We parked on the 4th floor in the parking deck and walked right to our room. Safe and very clean. Full kitchen, washer and dryer and large tv. We will be back for more game weekends.

Stilly move in day

Check in process was a little difficult. Would be awesome to tell people to drive all the way up to 4th floor of parking garage and enter the building on the highest level and tell them that "no parking" permit is needed. We were told incorrectly that we needed to get into a lock box in order to gain access to property. So, there was some "back and forth" and opening of a lock box that had a key in it that unlocked the mechanical closet in the apartment...so, we put the key back into the lock box and just used our entry code at the apartment door and did just fine. The place was a little dusty and a few random human hairs found occasionally around the property. So, a little better communication/instructions prior to getting to the property would've been great (and a little better cleaning). Overall great place and location and everyone on the phone was very friendly.

Overall nice stay. The location is great and the studio is clean and very nice. Keyword, "studio;" may be better to advertise it that way for future guest. The code provided did not work to get into the unit; only the condo itself. However, the host was very responsive that evening to provide us a code to enter the facility that night. A few things I think would help are: New pillows. The ones provided for the bed were awful and my neck still hurts. In the check-in instructions, I would suggest telling renters to park on level 4 in the parking garage as the unit is on the 4th floor. Also, if it can sleep 4, four pillows and pillow cases should be provided. My kids had to use the throw pillows. And, that pull-out futon was also hard a rock. Finally, we were not provided with a wi-fi password to utilize the advertised wi-fi.
