We have a volleyball net, footballs, bad mitten ect for family fun. Relax by the soothing stream with your favorite book .Wifi & TVs in every room. Great space for family reunions. All gusts are required to provide a state ID or a license 5 days before arrival if this is a problem please let me know

House Rules:
1 - No smoking inside the home, Smoking permitted outside and discard the cigarette butts in the garbage or ash tray.
2 - No pets
3 - No parties or events
4 - Park only on the property, no parking on the roadway

5 - No shoes inside the house please
6 - Please keep food and drinks on the main floor, do not bring food or drinks upstairs
7 - Please place all remote controls back in the appropriate place, you are responsible if they go missing $50 charge if missing
8 - Dispose of the garbage in garbage bags or bins
9 - Do not dispose of anything other than toilet paper in the toilets
10 – Please turn off all lights when you leave the house
11 - Please be courteous to the neighbors, Quiet time after 11p.m.
13- Do not move or unplug the EERO’s or Alexa’s located around the house
14 – Put out the fire in the fire pit after use, any damage caused by fire pit will be responsibility of the guests
15 - Report any damage/breakage prior to check out. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by the guests
16 - Do not touch any of the security cameras outside or the ADT security Panel, it will set off alarms. In the event carbon monoxide or fire is detected, the fire department WILL be notified and will come to the home for your safety. There are Fire/CO alarms in each room.
17- Washer and Dryer located in basement are for guests staying more than 2 days. The ceiling is low so please watch your head.
18 – No Fireworks in or around the house.
19 – Engaging in any act defined by Federal, State or Local law constituting a criminal offense is prohibited
20. Your registered guests must be correct if their are more guests that stay at the property without notice will result in extra charges
21. Only 3 cars allowed



The House
The house was originally built in 1902 and is one of the oldest homes in the area, so please be kind. The house was used as a farmhouse and sits on appx 1.5 acres so please enjoy the land behind the house, but please do not pass the tree line or reflective markers as it no longer is part of the property.
Appenzell creek is located directly across the street and you are welcome to enjoy it. Please be careful, the area is slippery. There are trout in the stream, although we haven’t fished there ourselves. Stay away from the barns as they are deteriorating and are very dangerous, stay on the landscaped portion of the creek. The road is also very busy, please beware of traffic.
The home is equipped with smart TV’s in each room and you have access to various apps and channels such as Netflix, Disney plus, Hulu and more. Alexa is also available located all over the home.
