- Smoking/Vaping/Marijuana is not allowed anywhere inside the property.
- No visiting guest unless approved by host.
- Never leave children unsupervised at our property without any adults.
- Guests are fully responsible for the safety and security of their children at all times.
- It is customary to remove shoes in Hawaii before entering a home and we do ask that you do the same.
- Please wash off all sand before entering the home.
- Quiet hours start from 9PM to 8AM. Please respect our neighbors by not making loud noise, singing.

This property is a legally established dwelling that is rented for periods of 30 consecutive days or more.
In compliance with C&C rules, this property will be made available to you for a period of 30 days or more and no one else may occupy the property during that period.
