High Floor, Pools, Ocean Views New Palace Resort!

Summary:

This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo on the 22nd floor of the Palace Resort has a private balcony and is uniquely located in the resort. It has a large living room area, a queen bed, a twin bed, and a full bed, and can sleep up to five guests. The condo has beautiful flooring and decor, granite countertops, and a fully equipped kitchen with a table. It also has high-speed Wi-Fi, a high standard of cleaning, and free onsite parking. The sofa is not a sleeper sofa.



The Space:

This condo is located in a beautiful oceanfront resort, and it has stunning views of the ocean and the city from every room! It was recently remodeled, and it has a dining room table where you can enjoy meals while looking out at the ocean. The resort has indoor hot tubs and heated pools, and it is beautifully landscaped.



Guest Access:

This rental includes the entire space as well as access to the building's amenities. We want you to feel at home during your stay. Please, don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or concerns.



The Neighborhood:

This rental is in a central location in Myrtle Beach. It's just steps from the beach, where you can stroll, swim in the pools, or dine at the onsite restaurants. You're also a short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, and Ripley's Aquarium. Plus, many of the area's popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping are just a short drive away.



Getting Around:

I highly recommend using ride-sharing services such as Uber and Lyft. There is also Turo, which allows you to rent a car from someone who owns it. If you would like me to host you on your trip, please send me a message now.



Other Things to Note:

This is a privately owned condo, not a hotel room. It is a non-smoking room. Please treat this unit as you would your own home. We will do our best to address any issues that arise as quickly as possible; however, there is no on-site manager available 24/7. Your stay includes linens for beds, towels, and washcloths, as well as starter supplies of trash bags, hand soap, and toilet paper. Please note that this condo does not have access to the on-site gym, and the sofa is for seating only and is not a sleeper sofa.
