The pergola is perfect to enjoy for an outside, peaceful rest. Complete privacy.

The apartment is on the ground floor, and the owner lives next door. You do, however, have complete privacy and your own parking space. The apartment has one separate bedroom and a bathroom. The living room and kitchen are combined. The terrace with a pergola is available for private use. The apartment can accommodate 2 adults and a baby.
