Please note: The lake access (beyond the fence) is public, however, there are rarely any other visitors due to the secluded area. No motorized vehicles beyond the fence going to the lake. This land is part of the Lake Lavon Army Corps of Engineers. If this rule is broken resulting in a fine, the guest will be responsible to pay the fine.
