We had the absolute best stay for our wedding weekend! There were 24 of us plus our dog, and the property worked out perfectly for our group. The setup of the three houses provided plenty of sleeping room, ample bathrooms, and living areas spacious enough for everyone to gather comfortably. The pictures give a great idea of what to expect, but the property and the mountain views were truly breathtaking in person. It’s also very kid- and dog-friendly.The location was ideal: completely private with practically zero traffic noise, yet only 8 to 15 minutes from downtown Bryson City, which was charming and full of fun activities. It was also conveniently right down the road from our wedding venue at Nantahala Lake. We even hosted our reception in the outdoor space on the property, and it worked out wonderfully. If you are looking for a budget-friendly option to host both your stay and wedding events in one place, this is an incredible spot to do it all.One quick tip for future guests: the driveway can be easy to miss on the first arrival since GPS pins tend to drop slightly before or past the entrance. Once you spot it the first time, though, it’s very easy to find coming and going.Liz and Sarah were fantastic and so helpful throughout our stay. Thank you both so much for letting us share your hidden mountain oasis for the most special weekend of our lives. If we ever find ourselves back in the mountains with a large group, we would rebook here in a heartbeat!
