The host was very welcoming and helpful. The condo was clean, cute, and spacious, and the location was perfect—close enough to walk to the Landing. We had a great stay and will definitely be back!

Everything was very nice and clean. I would say though, it would have been nice to have another chair along with the couch. Also, a few extra towels.

Great location within walking distance to Branson’s Landing and downtown. Condo has been recently renovated and was good for two couples, each having a private bath. The kitchen utensils were sparse…. They brought us a van opener upon request but they also need more pots and pans. One of the beds was broken and mattress was in bad shape. Management company fixed it in a few days. One of the toilets leaked and they came and repaired it. The condo could use some usb plugs in one of the bedrooms for charging devices. There is an elevator for the building which is not well marked ( we wish that info had been in the check in process information). Overall a nice stay… it just needs a little TLC.

Nice place and location. We would stay again. The description was not completely correct. We did not have a private balcony to wind down at the end of the day as it stated. We were looking forward to that but not a deal breaker. We had a great time.

Overall great place!

Location is perfect! The property is very nice, the pool is huge and plenty of seating. The only complaint I had is the ice maker in the fridge didn’t work and the floors to the condo weren’t clean. Everything else was great and we would stay again.

Not the cleanest

Upon arrival, there was no information given as far as WiFi information, where the indoor pool and workout space was, laundry, check-out procedures, etc. I had to clean out the filters on all air conditioners due to the filter lights being on. They were filthy. I had to call and ask for someone to come clean the floors as well. No broom or mop was available. I was told pool towels were avail at the pool, however, learned later that they had to be picked up at an off-site location.

The location was good, and we appreciate that they were able to let us in early. The condo was spacious and clean. The beds were rather uncomfortable - somewhat soft and lumpy. Having the light switch for the main bath outside the bathroom was impractical.

Great place close to Landing

It was a little difficult to find the property per GPS directions but after a couple trips around the block in the general vicinity, we finally found it. Elevator in building A could be marked a little better, we used the stairs a few times until we found it. Parking is good, location is good in respect to the Landing. The condo was very clean and beds comfortable. Only 1 trash bag and we couldn't find any others in stock, not a big deal. Television a little hard to navigate, I wish TVs were just on/off & select channel for us technically challenged. No major complaints, overall loved the unit and especially close to Branson Landing which we love.

Property is in a very convenient location to restaurants and shopping at Branson Landing. It was also well maintained and was perfect for our 4-person family.

After Thanksgiving fun

The place was a short walk to Branson landing. We did drive because it was cold and had small children. The beds were comfortable, but the kitchen was small and understocked. If you plan on cooking bring what you need. No can opener, casserole dishes, mixing bowls, etc…I like to cook breakfast and this made it challenging. Luckily I brought a griddle and spatula. We had a fun time!! Would stay again if price was a bit cheaper.

The condo was just as advertised. Perfect size for our 2 adults and 2 kids. The pool was great. The location was perfectly within walking distance to the landing. We will stay here again.
