Nice location for a family

This is a big house with a very large backyard that is close to the beach, the aquarium, and some nice bars and restaurants.

Great views and evey room had it's perks! Quite neighborhood with easy beach access. House gives good relaxing vibes an was easy to sleep in. Would definitely book another future stay here!

This place is fantastic! Great location and the home is perfect if traveling with family or friends as everyone has their own on-suite bathroom. I am super picky and the beds (mattresses) are comfortable and bedding is Four Seasons worthy. Across the street is the beach and the view is so relaxing. We should have booked one more night and we will definitely be back.Cheers!

Great place Everything is new

This is a great location for our family. Right near the beach. It looks like everything was remodeled and new. Perfect place for parking. We could’ve parked eight vehicles if we needed to, which is really hard to come by with these beach houses. The landlord was very responsive. No issues whatsoever we like to stay here again in the future.

Long Beach Gem

This location was perfect. We didn’t really know too much about the area other than we wanted to stay in long beach and be near shops, restaurants, and activities. This house is gorgeous, very thoroughly decorated & laid out to cater to a family who wants to feel at home. It’s across from a park. So easy walk to take the dogs on a mornin/evening walk. Steps away from the beach. Restaurants within 5-10 walk. Add this to your VRBO shortlist if visiting Longbeach. We’ll book this home again in the future.

Five Stars! Absolute Perfection!

Our stay at this opulent and amazing Vrbo rental was nothing short of spectacular. We loved it the moment we opened the back gate and saw the abundance of parking, which we very much needed for the family that would be staying there and those that would be visiting us on a rotating basis throughout our stay. And when we walked through the door, we were blown away by the elegance, comfort, and thoughtful details throughout the space. Every corner of the home felt luxurious yet welcoming, making it the perfect setting for relaxation, by one of the outdoor firepits, or cuddling in front of one of the many fireplaces in the rooms.The property was immaculately clean, and stocked with many essentials, high-end appliances in a gourmet kitchen, even provided many beach chairs and toys for the nice sandy beach just across the street and down the stairs. And it is a quick drive to the market or restaurants.The host was incredibly responsive and they've created an environment that's not only stunning, but also truly feels like a home away from home. The family, 10 of us, enjoyed gathering outside on the huge patio table, dining on food cooked on the massive grill, and later playing a little pool, or chatting around the firepit making s'mores. Or later on, luxuriating in one of the spa-like bathtubs. If you're looking for a beach rental that goes above and beyond, this is it. We had the best time and made some amazing memories.

The house is large and beautiful, and the photos look impressive. However, the location is less ideal if you want easy beach access: you need to walk to a crossing, and the busy road is noisy, even at night. The green strip in front is full of homeless people, and being near the harbor, the water is dirty, so we drove to other beaches.Communication with the owner was disappointing. We had some simple questions (about appliances and the house setup), but after a while she stopped replying. The ice machine and fridge water dispenser didn’t work, half of the remote-controlled curtains were broken, and there was no kettle for tea.The biggest issue was cleanliness and maintenance. The house and garden were in very poor condition: outdoor furniture filthy, thousands of fallen palm berries attracting flies, long branches falling, BBQ overgrown, fireplaces full of cobwebs, rugs dirty, furniture covered in hair, and the cleaning only half done. Even shelves and dishes in the kitchen were dirty, which led us to file a complaint.The response was: “We’ll take it into account for the next guests.” Only after insisting, two cleaners came, but the problems went far beyond what they could fix. This house needs proper cleaning, replacements, and real maintenance before it can match expectations.

This is a beautiful house with very upscale furnishings and the location was perfect. Although I was surprised that the neutral colored upholstery was so filthy in "opulence". I received an email the morning of check in informing "they" are eco-friendly and only towels are provided. So off to Marshalls to purchase wash cloths (so unnecessary). Multiple repairs needed but it didn't prevent a great time. Dont expect to check-in before 4 unless you plan on paying extra.
