Hall: It has a projector with a 100-inch screen and a Sony surround home theatre for an immersive movie experience. This area has another washroom which is the common washroom.

Dining Area: It comes with a dining table for 4 people.

Kitchen: A private kitchen with necessary amenities and appliances for cooking/heating food. There is also a water purifier.
