Open year-round. Pool heating is available in spring and fall (Apr 1–May 31, Sept 1–Oct 31) for an additional $875 + tax per week. Heating is only effective when temperatures—day or night—are forecasted to be above 60°F, so we recommend checking the forecast closer to your stay (but no later than 5 days prior, request after this window will not be accommodated) before adding heat.

We had 10 adults and 3 children (7 months, 1 year & 8 years old) stay at this property. We did love that there were enough bedrooms for everybody and each bedroom has its own bathroom! We also loved the outdoor space with the pool and sitting areas. However, we were extremely disappointed in the cleanliness of the home. The floors were very dirty and did not feel/look like they were cleaned before we arrived. There was a lot of dust, splatters on the walls and doors, and some of the bedding was not very clean. There was also a huge bag of dirty linen left in the home when we arrived. We were told to leave it outside and it would be picked up- it was not picked up all week. One room had ants and spiders in the bed. Many of the dishes and kitchen utensils were also very dirty, and we had to wash them before using. We also had a significant insect problem. There were many cockroaches, ants, and flies throughout the home. We understand insects are not 100% avoidable, but it was an overabundance. Additionally, there were pool and AC service men that showed up and entered the home and property to do maintenance without any warning to us. With a dog and small children in the home, it would have been nice to have a warning of who would be on the property and when. Lastly, we reached out to the management team about some of these concerns and they never followed up with us as promised. We paid a very large amount of money and felt disappointed with some of our stay.

Great golfer get away

Everyone in the group loved this place. Ask for hot tub to be heated but had to call every day to have someone come out and turn the heat on. Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable with great access to beach.

The decor was beautiful and the outdoor space was absolutely gorgeous! No one wanted to leave!

The backyard was awesome and made the week great. However, the house had some problems with housekeeping at check in. One bedroom in the lower lever had several dead bugs on the floor. One bathroom had fecal material on the underside of the toilet seat.On check in, my daughter-in-law sat on the side of the bed, and it collapsed. She had to sleep in the room with her adult daughter. Bask Away was very helpful and had it fixed the next day. the man replacing the bed said that housekeeping should have noticed the break. also, the front stairs are very step and has no railing. At 87 years old, I was not comfortable using them and had to use the outside stairs. and the lock on the backdoor is broken. But as i said at the start, the backyard made up for all these snags.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: No bannister railing... very dangerous.. Keurig did not work.. no remote in one bedroom.. no tv on one room..2 closets for 7 reasonable response to request ffor help.. they got my money.. that is all they wanted.. reporting to BBB... WE HAD A SPECIAL NEEDS CHILD AND 90 YEAR OLD..NO BANNISTER! Really!? So unthoughtful. Kitchen upstairs. Made it difficult and dangerous to navigate. No mention in the description about no bannister on the stair. STAY AWAY!!!
