Excellent property with 2 gorgeous bedrooms, lots of space and a gorgeous view of the lake. Wish we had more time to just stay and enjoy the grill and fire pit. Communication was excellent and very accommodating to our needs.

Such a lovely property. The listing description is spot on from the pictures to the description. The kitchen is well stocked, sparking clean and roomy. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The area is quiet and has a great view of the lake. We had a couple of questions during our stay ... responses were very prompt. We absolutely enjoyed our stay!!

The property was very quiet, tucked away. Beautiful view of water from the porch. The unit itself was well stocked, clean, new and modern feeling. We cooked everyday!. Plenty of blankets, pillows, and a television in each room. Beds were comfortable. Sat on the porch by a fire ring table one night. It was just beautiful. The communities around the unit have a lot to offer for those liking the small town local vibe. The Hosts are very responsive, all the instructions were clear and questions quickly answered.

Mike and Jennifer were great hosts and made sure all amenities were in place for our visit. The townhouse was immaculate! The view of the lake from the deck was so magical especially as the fog lifted in the mornings My husband and I were in Butler for a funeral and the Tre L ar Watauga lake was an excellent retreat as we healed our hearts.Thank you Mike and Jennifer!

Family Retreat

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed much needed family time! We loved the property and surrounding area. There was so much to do on the water and outdoors. The condo had everything we needed and more. We look forward to enjoying Watauga in the future.

Wonderful stay

Tre L was exactly what we were looking for. All the essentials, very clean (recently updated), convenient to the wedding we were attending and pet friendly, but didn't smell like animals! The owner and manager were quick to respond and helpful. Would stay here again if we are ever in the area again.

We stayed here two nights for the Speedway Classic. We could not have asked for a nicer property. Although we didn't get to stay at the Cabin all day on Saturday, we enjoyed the time we did.

Very inviting and comfy!

Enjoyed our short stay in this lovely and welcoming town home situated right above the lake! Check-in was a breeze and the place was well maintained and included everything we needed. The home is very clean and tidy especially considering that it is pet friendly. Overall a 5 star experience. Thank you.

I needed a place nearby to Doe Creek area to visit my daughter and was able to find this gem. Quiet, comfortable and charming, the Tre L stay provides a nice weekend getaway where you can find the charm of the smokey mountains with none of the distractions. Great place to get cozy and talk for hours.

Great Mountain Getaway

Stayed here to visit family in the area. While the place is near the lake access is not walking distance. The place is very clean and quiet. We had no issues with any amenities (kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms etc). The location was very close to local family which made it perfect for us. We got to enjoy the lake and local trails too. Overall a great stay.

Weekend anniversary trip

Beautifully decorated, very comfortable condo. We had everything we needed. The view of the lake from the back deck was amazing! We enjoyed grilling and sitting on the deck. The walk to the lake was pretty steep and we weren’t really sure where we could access it without trespassing. We also had to cross the highway to get to the lake which was a little tricky with traffic. There are other units in the same building but we still felt like it was peaceful and secluded. We enjoyed a trip to a local winery and did some great hikes. Would definitely go again.

Amazing experience.

I recently stayed at this beautiful cabin in Tennessee for five nights, and it was an absolutely amazing experience. The house is perfectly situated with a stunning view of the lake, making every moment feel serene and relaxing.The cabin itself was spotless, reflecting the care and attention the owners put into maintaining it. It was spacious and well-designed, comfortably accommodating all seven of us without feeling crowded.What truly stood out was the owner’s exceptional communication. Every message I sent was responded to quickly and with genuine care, which made the entire experience stress-free.I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and memorable getaway. It truly deserves all five stars!
