Nanny's Place- Cozy Porchview Getaway B&B by Shawnee Hills Wine Trail and Parks

Nanny's Place boasts country charm with a wraparound porch, swing, large yard and parking area. Conveniently located by a small town in the heart of Shawnee Hills Wine Trail, Shawnee National Forest hiking trails, Bald Knob Cross, several wedding venues, close to hunting spots, rock climbing areas, and country roads for jeeping. Guests are welcomed with a continental breakfast highlighted with homemade strawberry jam or freshly baked zucchini bread. Settle in the evening with a glass of Nanny's Sweet Tea or some wine from one of the area's many local wineries.. Gazing at bright stars in the dark sky will overwhelm you while roasting complimentary marshmallows by the fire pit. You get the entire spacious main floor of this home which has a fully stocked kitchen with pots & pans, plenty of utensils, dishes, several small appliances, full refrigerator with ice maker, range, microwave, dish washer, Smart TV, porch swing, patio furniture, two bedrooms with linens for comfy queen beds, ceiling fans and blackout curtains to ensure a good night's sleep. A futon with bedding is included and an air mattress with linens.

Guests will stay at Nanny' Place in the Cozy Porchview Getaway which is the main level of the house. This level includes a wrap-around porch with a swing, large outdoor area, a fire pit and spacious parking area behind the house. The garage and Cozy Rustic Getaway which is the walkout basement level is not included. We want every guest to enjoy a comfortable peaceful stay- therefore parties, events, gatherings and unregistered visitors are not permitted so not to disturb other guests on the lower Cozy Rustic Getaway level.
