This condominium places you in the heart of Cabo, with views that will have you reaching for your camera every morning. From the living room and private balcony, take in the scenery and views of El Arco as you plan your day.
The kitchen is fully equipped for everything from your morning coffee to full dinners, with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and a gas grill on the balconyâperfect for fresh cuts. After a day at the beach, unwind with Netflix or Amazon Prime on the smart TV.
Weâve included the beach essentials so you can head straight to the sand: towels, chairs, umbrellas, and portable speakers. Thereâs also a washer and dryer, making it easy to pack light and do laundry between adventures.

This property is operated by Axe Vacation Rentals, meaning concierge services are available upon request (cleaning, transportation, private chef), and thereâs always someone to contact if you need assistance. The condominium is also professionally disinfected before every check-in.
Guest Access:
You and your family will have full access to the condominium, as well as the gym, infinity pool, tennis courts, and clubhouse.
The Neighborhood:
Vista Vela II Gated Community just behind Costco. The Condo is very well located only a 7-10 minute drive to downtown where all the action is. Supermarkets, banks, and hospitals are all within short distances of the development.
Getting Around:
You can use uber x to get around, it's fast and cheap. If you decide to bring a car there is free private underground parking for our guests.

Construction on-site on weekdays (Sometimes it is noisy, sometimes not)
HOUSE RULES
âą Be mindful of your neighbors
âą No Smoking inside the property and no throwing litter from balcony.
âą No parties or disturbances are permitted. Keep the noise to the minimum after 11 pm and before 9 AM.
âą No additional guests allowed in the property.*
âą Remember to turn A/C and lights off when you leave the property.
âą Parking must be in the Unit Number's Parking spot #2305 (Do not block the neighborÂŽs sparking spots)*
âąâ â Speed limit inside the community is 15 km/h
âąâ â No pets allowed
âąâ â No glass containers allowed in pool and common areas and donât have loud music in the common areas.
âąâ â Garbage must be thrown in the garbage shut, littering from the balcony or leaving garbage in common areas is not permitted.
âąâ â Children under 10 years old must are not permitted without adult supervision in the pool area or clubhouse.
âąâ â Use of drones is strictly prohibited
