Get comfortable and enjoy plenty of extra room at this spacious 2 bedroom with 2 private bathroom unit with garden views. This property is about a mile away from the heart of Cruz Bay with its several restaurants, bars, shops and live music. Private designated off street parking spots. We offer full concierge services.
The property has 3 units. This unit has 2 perfect sized bedrooms and both have a private bathroom. Both bedrooms have AC units and large mirrored closets. Centered to both bedrooms and bathrooms there is a living room with AC and a smart tv. The living room is open to the dinning area and fully equipped kitchen. We provide most appliances needed to cook meals throughout your stay.
The surroundings of this property is all garden views with several fruit trees and chirping birds for a minute of Mother Nature’s sounds of relaxation.
The driveway wraps almost all the way around the property for easy access to your front door, parking and turning around.

We provide a cooler and beach chairs to help our guest find comfort in exploring our many, beautiful beaches here on St John.

May was a great host. We accidentally locked ourselves out of the unit and she had us back inside in 30 minutes. Very clean, but a little dark inside. 3 capable Air Condirioning units kept things comfortably cool.

Quiet spot outside of Cruz bay

We enjoyed our stay, the location was quiet and just a few minutes outside of town.

Mayling’s property is brand new, completely redone. We stayed on the ground unit. The tile is beautiful and has great bathrooms. The kitchen is nice..we did not cook but the space is comfortable. Smart TVs in all three rooms. This is a nice unit that feels new. Mayling also left us plenty of towels, paper towels, toilet paper, even beach chairs that we did not use, as we had our own. Warning, it is hard to find and the driveway is very steep, but she gave us excellent directions and any property on the mountain on Centerline road will not be easy to enter. We live in St Thomas half the time so very used to the driving on St John. It is likely too far for most to walk to Cruz Bay or more likely home, but definitely less than a mile.

Great Stay!

We stayed in the ground floor unit and it was plenty large enough for my husband, myself, and our two adult sons. The house is surrounded by vegetation - you will hear the roosters crowing in the morning and birds chirping outside. There is a small patio where you can sit and drink your morning coffee surrounded by the sounds of nature. The inside has all the modern amenities you need but is decorated in a way that preserves the authenticity of the island culture - we loved it! The AC unit in the living room was not working so Mayling had someone come out to take a look while we were gone. Apparently a part had to be ordered - hopefully it will be functional for the next set of renters. Keep in mind the driveway is very steep (we had a Jeep so it was fine). We drove into town for dinner - parking was hard to find.

Lovely off beach stay

This was a lovely property (although the driveway was intimidating but I'm sure most are on the island)! Everything was just as listed. Beautiful outdoor seating to enjoy the trees and flowers and roosters in the morning. The host responded to my message in a timely manner. The last night we were there, there was a party until 4am that kept waking us up. Other than the final night, things were great! Loved having beach chairs to take with us during our stay. We loved St. John and would stay here again!
