I would love to rate this condo however the owner completely IGNORED both me and VRBO personnel. What a mess!!! Countless emails and phone calls, Out of service phone numbers and zero response on this website . This host had me , my older mother , an adult and two teenage boys wandering the dark streets in Las Vegas at 3:30 in the morning trying to find a place to stay. Due to flight delays ( out of our control) it was even later of an expected arrival and most stopped taking reservations for the night . That is why people make prior sleeping arrangements before arrival . I never received check in instructions . It was a particular busy weekend and most was showing as no availability. The danger this host put me and my family in was completely selfish , unprofessional and the most inconsiderate host I have ever encountered. DO NOT BOOK. Will leave you stranded .RUN. I have NEVER had this happen to me on these home accommodating websites. SO DISAPPOINTED. All VRBO did that frustrating night was tell me to find my own accommodations and they would help me later. I was on the phone with them for over 2 hours . Exhausting and felt so discarded. Now , according to their â guaranteeâ policies - I must be in communication with VRBO for the BIG extra expenses we had to incur due this event . Now to see how smooth this process will work for us will determine ( or assist the mindset )! if we ever use this service again. They initiated phone calls but still awaiting their next move.
