Nestled on the 0.6 acres of riverbed, your mornings will feature a surreal view from the deck/patio like no other, while evenings could be spent on the second-floor balcony, taking in the stars. Enjoy overlooking the backyard woodlands or relax and spend the day sunbathing on the outdoor lounges.
The fire pit, surrounded by lights in the evening, is just steps from the creek. Or, enjoy a game of corn hole with the provided backyard setup and bean bags ready to go. The back deck also comes with two grills, both gas and charcoal, to meet your dining needs.
Inside, you’ll find kitchen overlooking the stream and dining areas, as well as a spacious living room with an L-shaped couch, to seat the whole family. The numerous skylights and cozy fireplace add to the “outdoorsy” feel, though the large smart TV and strong WiFi are a reminder of the cabin’s luxury elements. The two-floor cabin has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Be sure to enjoy the foosball table, video game consoles, and loads of board games, as well.

Kitchen Area - All of your kitchen needs (Himalayan salt, black pepper, Cooking Olive Oil, Utensils like - pots, pans, dishes, water glasses, beer glasses, wine glasses, spoons/fork/knives, bottle opener), full grilling equipment along with coffee maker and coffee supplies (sugar, creamer, coffee & filter), pizza cutter, oven trays will be well taken care of. Paper towels, dish liquid, dishwasher pods, cleaning towels and garbage bags are also provided. Please bring any other necessary personal items with you.

The unit is air conditioned and has heat control settings in each room.
High speed Wifi inside the house. Cell phone network is weak in the area, you will need to enable your wifi calling.
Bathroom - Bath Towels, makeup hand towels, soap (he/she), shampoo, and conditioner along with rolls of toilet paper & toilet spray are provided. There is a smart TV. Guest Access You will have full access to the cabin. The cabin is equipped with Ring Cameras on the porch and side deck. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home.
Bedrooms - All bedrooms come with a luxury bedding collection and their own themes. Extra air mattress will be provided on demand. Smart TVs in 2 bedrooms & living room.

There's something for everyone! The game section features a foosball table, retro gaming machine with established TV connection if you bring your own game and 25+ board games - perfect for entertaining both kids and adults alike. Enjoy Corn hole & ladder ball toss game set outdoors.

This is a non-smoking home. A $500 fine will be charged if found guilty of smoking inside the house.

Pet Policy: Pets are allowed. $50 pet fee (per pet) to be paid prior to reservation through the resolution center. DO NOT leave dogs unattended under any circumstances. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. Extra heavy fees will incur if hair or pet poop is found on furniture or bedding.

Free parking is available in the driveway. There is no garage access. Guests will have full access to the rest of the property.
