The kitchen boasts floor-to-ceiling cabinets stocked with all essentials for cooking, complemented by a spacious center island for meal prep. Adjacent, a dining area for four overlooks an oversized sectional facing a smart TV, while an original fireplace adds character. Step out onto your private balcony for breathtaking riverfront vistas.

Guest Access:
The entire condo is for your use. Please be courteous to your neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum between 10PM and 7AM, especially if you're enjoying the balcony :)

This unit has an awesome balcony overlooking River Street, so there is always the potential for noise given the restaurant/bar scene nearby. There is a bar next door that is new and may be louder late at night(particularly Thursday-Saturday night).

Are you driving into town? The condo provides one free parking space in the designated parking area, and additional parking can be found on the side streets. Be mindful of signs as parking does rotate for street cleaning.
Getting around is easy with walkable streets, bike rentals, and Uber/Lyft service. Jump on Savannah’s public transit system with the Lincoln and Congress stop just a 3-minute walk from the home. This free DOT trolley circulates downtown and provides ample stops at all the major attractions.

Other Things to Note:
This is a unit in a condo building please be courteous to your neighbors. There are bars and restaurants all nearby - we have done our best to soundproof the unit but there will be occasional noise from down below and outside.
