The proximity to the Atlantic Ocean (120 yards) adds a touch of seaside tranquility, offering residents the soothing sounds of waves and a refreshing ocean breeze. Only rents to families and couples 25+ only.
The Space:
The family-owned atmosphere ensures a personal touch to property management, creating a warm and welcoming environment for tenants. Embrace the charm of yesteryear with the convenience of modern living in this delightful ocean block retreat. Each unit comes with 2 parking spots on property as well as all household linens/ bedding / bath / kitchen - just bring beach towels.
We do not rent to senior week groups.
This unit is specifically for families or couples, not groups of friends.
We do not rent to anyone younger than 25 years old as the matriarch of the family lives in one of the units.
We are family friendly and keep our prices towards allowing families to take their children to the beach.
We provide all your linens/ blankets/ and bath towels from OC linen service - this is part of your cleaning fee.
Please bring your own beach towels.
