Parking
• Parking is available at US$25 per day (No Valet Parking service). (Fee is subject to change without notice). Subject to availability at check in, spaces are limited.
Things to know
• A resort fee of USD 10 per accommodation, per night, will be charged at the property.
• Refundable deposit:
Refundable deposit (Credit card only) (for any incidentals during the stay) of $100 USD payable upon check in. In the absence of any incident or extra charge, the refund is made.
• This is a resort accommodation.
• Cleaning service is provided once a week in a 7-night minimum stay.
• Additional charge for optional daily cleaning service per day: US$35.00.
• Free Shuttle to the beach.
• The assigned accommodation number may vary from your confirmation, but you will be provided with a space of the same type and capacity
• 3 handicap accommodations upon request
• Free transportation to the beach
• Check-In: 4:00pm. If you believe that you will be late, you must notify the property. Check-Out: 10am. Check-outs after this time may be available, subject to availability and additional charges.
House rules
• NO SMOKING in space/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $200.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the scapce/house and/or linens.
• NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $150 fine plus the cleaning costs.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $200 - $500 fine.
• No extra beds available
• The maximum capacity of the room cannot be exceeded.
