LuLu City 6I makes for the perfect Telluride vacation home. This spacious 3 bedroom, 2-1/2 bath with covered parking space condo is across the street from Lift 7– just steps to the slopes. Enjoy the community hot tub. Recently remodeled with beautiful hardwood floors, a modern mountain aesthetic and fully updated kitchen & bathrooms. Make this warm and inviting home yours while you enjoy the amazing activities Telluride has to offer, from world class skiing to outstanding hiking & mountain biking and of course the famous summer festivals. This spacious 3-level condo features an open concept living area with gas fireplace, flat screen TV with Hulu Live streaming service including Sonos sound system, a beautiful custom wood dining table with seating for six, and a breakfast bar along the kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen features brand new appliances including wine cooler is fully outfitted to cook meals during your vacation in your own home away from home. There is also a 1/2 bath off the living area for convenience. The master bedroom is downstairs from the main living level. The 2nd bedroom is also downstairs with captains bunk (Full + Twin). The spacious 3rd level loft bedroom is upstairs from the main living level. The master features a king size bed and flat screen TV with full size bath with double vanity and steam shower. The second bedroom shares the master bath. The thrid level loft bedroom is up a set of stairs above the living room and features a Queen bed, TV, and full attached bathroom with tub. While technically a 'loft', this space enjoys ample privacy and space, with walk up stairs and no view into this area from elsewhere in the condo. Other amenities include washer and dryer, private WiFi, and a pool for the condo complex (summer only) and hot tub. 1 private covered garage space assigned to the unit. *PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A 3RD FLOOR WALK UP UNIT, there is no elevator. LuLu City is located in historic Telluride a short distance from excellent shopping, galleries, fine dining and day spas – everything you need for your perfect getaway! Our local grocery store is also located conveniently close to pick up everything you need during your stay. (BL#00642)

Excellent stay

We had a great stay - amazing location right by the lift! Very well stocked kitchen. Excellent communication and responsiveness when we were having some minor maintenance help.

Great condo!!

This condo is perfect!! Had all the amenities and worked out perfect for the 4 of us.

The unit needs some updating - the coach is really uncomfortable and not suitable for the number of people that can stay in the unit. It needs to be noted that the bunk bed is a children's bunkbed and an adult will not sleep well in it. The temperature regulation is hard and the unit is often hot - I'd recommend adding fans to all rooms in some way. Maintenance was extremely responsive as we showed up to a fridge that was not on, disposal not working, fire place hard to turn on, etc. Super impressived with the responsiveness!

Almost Perfect

The location was perfect. A 5 minute walk into town and a 2 minute walk to Lift 7. Overall, the condo presents well and is well-furnished. The one exception is the couch. It is in poor shape and extremely uncomfortable. The TV in the living room moves painfully slowly. The first night we were there, Netflix exited the movie we were watching and went back to the home screen repeatedly. The water in the loft bedroom wouldn't heat up as much as I wanted, so I had to use the shower on the bottom level. Again, overall our stay was great, and we would stay there agin.slowly
