The home was completely remodeled in 2021 and has two levels of living space, each with its own kitchen, bath, family room, and bedrooms, which gives groups of up to 12 people the convenience of being together while still having their own space and privacy. A bunkhouse on the property sleeps an additional 6 people.

There is a covered patio that extends the length of the home where you can sit on rainy days or stay cool when the sun is at its peak. There is also a spacious upper deck.

Located on the Southeast side of the island, you're in the perfect location for hitting the trails or enjoying the peace and serenity that Big Shoal Bay offers. The home sits on just over an acre of private property and includes 100' of shore frontage that is suitable for swimming and exploring using the 2 kayaks that are included with the rental.

The bunkhouse has two levels with 900 SF of living space, with a large family room and full bath with a stand-up shower on the main floor, a kitchen/dining area, and a large bedroom upstairs with two queen beds. There is a futon in the living room as well.
