I am from Florida, born and raised. I was in the hospitality sector for 20 years and then I started my real estate career, which also included investing and managing properties. It just seemed like the right fit to combine the 2 career paths. Georgia stole my heart, and I fell in love with the lake life even though in Florida it's the beach/salt life. I love being outside, nature, and especially the water. I could easily jet ski, go for a hike, or sit back and enjoy a good book. I am also an animal lover, especially dogs. Well, my dog. They just bring so much joy. I am also a mother of 2 girls, and they keep me busy and entertained. I love seeing them explore the outdoors vs being on a tablet. Going on vacations with my family, and sometimes my dog, and the way we bond over the experience, makes me want to help my guests feel the same way. I want my guests to enjoy their family and/or friends and make some memories that last a lifetime! Sometimes it's not the place but the feeling of when you are on vacation. That's my goal for all my guests.

I love the views and the slower pace. Lake Lanier has the busier, more city-like , southern end, but I loved the peacefulness of the northern end of the lake. Less boats out, less crowd, more peace. The property has views from almost every room, a screened deck, a fire pit, a swing, 2 boat slips, more deck on the lower level, a basement with a game room and a Peloton(bring your shoes), 2 kitchens, a hot tub, I mean you don't even have to leave the house to enjoy it with your family. Many lake front homes have a very steep backyard. I also really liked the walkability and ability to actually use and enjoy the backyard. There are beautiful trees everywhere, birds, squirrels, and even deer, all year round. It's just beautiful to sit, breathe, and enjoy the property and the lake.

We are quite a large property, inside and out. We have a hot tub, 3 dining areas, a double dock slip with an observation deck, a large driveway, fireplace, fire pit, 2 kitchens, and the cutest kid's room. We have 4 rooms with king beds and en suite bathrooms. It is a perfect place for a large family to enjoy, where everyone has their own space.
