Welcome to OBX Time, a luxurious vacation retreat nestled in the prestigious Kinnakeet Shores subdivision in Avon. This exquisite home offers the perfect blend of elegance and comfort along with captivating ocean views, all just a short walk to the beautiful beaches of Hatteras Island.
The top level is designed for family gatherings and entertainment, featuring an open-concept great room with vaulted ceilings, a spacious dining area, and a gourmet kitchen equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a sleek countertop bar. Each of the 6 bedrooms serves as a private sanctuary, complete with en suite bathrooms.
The lower level is dedicated to fun and leisure, boasting a rec room with a pool table and wet bar, along with an inviting outdoor swimming pool. Multiple decks provide stunning views, perfect for unwinding after a long day at the beach or entertaining guests.
An elevator services all levels and a ramp is provided in the covered carport, ensuring everyone can enjoy this remarkable vacation home.
OBX Time is conveniently located near local restaurants, a grocery store, the Avon Fishing Pier, a mini-golf course, the iconic Cape Hatteras Lighthouse, and more. Head to OBX Time and immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the unspoiled beaches of Hatteras Island!
*OBX Time is pet-friendly. There is an additional charge for guests bringing pets, which will be added and collected after booking. Pet fees range from $161-231 depending on the property, and will be assessed state and local taxes. The owners are willing to accommodate up to 4 dogs. Please call the Avon office for approval and to have the additional pet fee applied.
Please note, a Ring doorbell is in use at the under entrance area.

Lower Level: Queen en suite, half bath, recreation room, door to covered deck with hot tub. Mid Level: King en suite w/ bunk bed with double and twin on the bottom and twin on the top, king en suite, 2 queen en suites, washer and dryer, covered decks.
Top Level: Living area, dining area, kitchen, king en suite with a day bed and deck access, half bath.
