Welcome to Nirvana at Keuka! Wake up to the most beautiful sunrises in this beautiful cottage situated on the west side of Keuka lake. With sleeping space for 8 and ideal for outdoor entertaining, make yourself at home where you can enjoy the serenity of Keuka Lake from your own private dock set up for maximal relaxation.

Whether you are jumping off the dock, having lunch at the outdoor picnic table, enjoying your favorite beverage overlooking the glassy waters, cuddling up by a lakeside fire pit, taking a spin on the available paddle board or lake kayak, or a boating enthusiast out for the day and storing your boat on the available private boat lift (V Hull only, no pontoons), there is something for everyone to do! When the day on the water is over, play some games or watch a movie in the cozy living space or snuggle up on the patio open to and overlooking the lake at night.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Vacasa is a registered New York State sales tax vendor. And if Vacasa is the merchant of record will collect sales tax and applicable unit fees on all sales of short-term rental unit occupancy within New York State that it facilitates.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
